To day i am sharing about pneumonia Clinical Features- upper respiratorytract infectious 1.Rhinorrhoea 2.cough 3.respiratorydistress 4.fever Sings- A.General appears- 1.toxic look 2.tachycardia 3.flaring of alae nasi 4.supra sternal chest B.chest examination- 1.inspection-restricted movement 2.palpation-trachea in normal positio, apex beat not shifted,vocal fremitus,chest expansiblediminised 3.percussion- woody dull,stony dull in pleural effusion,hyper resonant in pneumothorax, 4.Auscultation- bronchial sound- over trachea,creaps also present Diagonis-mainly clinical Investigation- Cbc-neutropillla if bacetrial Chest x ray -patchy opacity Treatmnet- According to imci 1. Hospitalization 2.start antibiotics 3.if not responcewith in 48 hours then given gentamycin 4.give rx to prevent low blood glucose Prevention-Prevention- 1.measles 2.vericella 3.pentafor HI 4.PCV No pneumonia- A.clear nasal blocks B.antipyretics C.soothing agents Stay home, stay safe Thank you all
