Earth, the third planet from the sun and the fifth largest planet of the solar system in terms of volume and mass. Its only significant feature is that its near surface environment is the only place in the universe which is known for its port of life. In English the name of earth, the international language of astronomy, for earth and earth is derived from Old English and German words, and this is the only name of the planet of solar system which does not come from the greco-roman myths.

The earth orbits around the sun once every 365.25 days. Since there are only 365 days in our calendar years, we add an extra leap day every four years depending on the difference. Although we cannot feel it, the earth zooms in its orbit at an average speed of 18.5 miles per second. During this circuit, our planet is 93 million miles away from the sun on average, this distance takes about eight minutes for light to pass. Astronomers describe this distance as an astronomical unit (au), a measure that serves as a simple cosmic yardstick.

Earth is a beautiful living planet of the universe and has a common habitat of more than 7 billion human population and millions of species of biodiversity. Our land provides us with food, shelter and most of our needs. Despite the inevitable free services provided by the earth to humans, we are not able to repay its kindness. Rather, we humans are oppressing our earth with our selfish activities.

Every year, carbon emissions from cars, factories and power plants on the planet increase dramatically. Scientists say that an increase in carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere means that in 30 years the temperature on earth will be 2c higher than before the industrial era. This is the maximum temperature they think the world can endure without catastrophic environmental consequences: desert outbreaks, worsening storms and massive floods.

Plastic grocery bags that are thrown are eliminated in landfills or other parts of the environment. These can suffocate the animals that get stuck in them or make them eat mistakes. In addition, it takes some time for the bags to decompose. Whether you're shopping for food, clothes or books, use reusable bags. It reduces dirt and prevents animals from catching them. There are even some stores (such as Target) that offer discounts on using reusable bags!

It is our responsibility to be the protector of the earth. To protect the place we get home, not only for the survival of our resources, but also for the chances of enjoying and enjoying the future generations.

Thanks.....
