Invention of sandwiche 🥪

Sandwich is actually the name of a place in the UK. In the 18th century, the site was owned by John Montagu, a British nobleman.  He was the fourth nobleman of his family.

John Montagu loved playing cards so much that he often forgot to eat during the game. So he devised a plan and said to his servant that during the game, he should place a piece of fried meat between the bread & serve him. That's how sandwiches were came into being. 🥪
