30 Days Writing Challenge: My Happiness

I took a day off yesterday because I got a headache from the too much heat of the sun. I felt like I can faint anytime at the moment. It is good that the pharmacy is just a walking distance here. I bought some medicine, took it, and sleep the whole day. I couldn't still focus if I try to write something. Nothing comes out of my mind even if I try and it was making me dizzier. Now, I'm perfectly well and I will continue that 30 days writing challenge which has been delayed for a day. For this prompt, it says to share the things that can make me happy. Then without further ado, lemme start.

Things That Make Me Happy My happiness is really shallow, honestly. I can just be happy by seeing memes and hearings jokes from anyone. I can even laugh with myself. They said that I should even find someone to make me happy but it doesn't make sense to me. I can make myself happy in my own way and that's a kind of self-love that not everyone can be able to understand. However, if I go with something that makes me happy in a long term and I can tell you many things about it. Here, let me elaborate on some things that can make me happy every time. ***Books***. I'm a bit of a bibliophile myself. I love books ever since I was a child since it was the only thing that I have on hand for entertainment. Since we can't afford gadgets back then, books are my only getaway and I found myself falling in love with it every time I turn the pages. I can be happy just by seeing them, what's more when I read them? I think I'll be in ecstasy, sliding through the rainbows in the sky, or leaping through the clouds. Whenever I pass by a bookstore in a mall, I'll always stop to take a look even though I wouldn't buy anything. I just like to skim through the pages and smell them. Even if it's an e-book, I like to see a lot of book collections in my library though I can't have time to read them all. Anyway, there's a library that I'm eyeing to visit when it opens. I can't wait anymore. *Eehee*. ***Music***. I can't live without it. I listen to it every day and my days aren't complete without listening to music. It has been always my company wherever I go and whenever I'm alone. My comforter when I am down and my energizer whenever I feel drained. If you are my friend in real life, you can always determine my mood through the music that I'm listening to. When I'm happy that means I'm also listening to happy songs or upbeat songs. ***Family***. Seeing them doing well is the greatest joy for me. I became the breadwinner ever since I gave birth. I feel guilty seeing my parents still working in their old age. My older siblings have their work but they are just sustaining their own needs. I want to see my parents enjoying their retirement, too, and just doing what they want. Also, my daughter's well-being wouldn't be put aside. As much as I can provide for her needs, it's my greatest happiness. Seeing her smile and hearing her laughter is like heaven. And that's the thing that I got to keep as long as I'm alive. Here is Day 2! I finally wrapped it all up though I'm writing this as a little tipsy. Hehe, it's just a few shots. The demon Skater Boi has brought me drinks here while I'm trying to lie low with that.
