If I were President

Policy 1 - End the Federal Reserve

Replace the Federal Reserve with the Bureau of Labor Management (BLM), an organization that provides employment opportunities for a minimum rate.

Employers can register with the BLM  and post positions they seek.  Unemployed persons can go to the nearest BLM office or fill out a labor profile, and be matched with potential employers.  

Work can be anything - farm hands, construction, street cleaners, janitorial services, data entry, etc.  

They can then be hired by those potential employers, but their wages will be paid directly by BLM,  creating money.   This mechanism for introducing new money into the system provides the following benefits.

1. Market regulates money supply -  When labor is in demand, people will be getting jobs paying above BLM rate, so new money into the system will be reduced.    When the economy is poor, employment can be maintained and new money can enter the system,  keeping production stable.  This will mitigate booms and busts
   
   

2. New money enters the system from the bottom up, rather than top down.   The lowest economic class benefits rather than the most privileged.
   
   

3. The amount of new money that can be injected into the system at any time is limited by the practical amount of labor hours being performed.   Sudden injections of trillions of dollars into the system within a single year will be impossible.
   
   

4. Unemployment will be reduced to practically zero.  The only people who will be unemployed are those who simply do not want or need to work, or are mentally or physically unable to do so.
   
   

5. Establishes a de facto minimum wage -  Whatever the BLM rate sets will be the minimum amount a person can make.  There would be no incentive for an employee to take a lower paying job than the BLM rate, nor would an employer have any incentive to pay a lower rate than BLM rate when they get free labor.  Only when there is skilled labor that demands a premium above the BLM rate will they be willing to pay directly.
   

Policy 2 - End Welfare Programs

Policy 1 will only work if we end welfare.  Why would people work when they can be paid not to?   Welfare burdens civilization and rots the soul and character of the recipients.   Government handouts are both immoral and unjust.   If you do not work, you do not eat.  

Policy 3 - End the TSA

Have armed Federal agents at the airport,  but return airport security to the responsibility of the airlines.   Mandate each airline to have at least one employee on each flight that has been deputized and armed, so they have the training and authority to handle belligerent or dangerous passengers.  Deputizing requires a small training course, upon which you receive a badge and certificate.   This will save the government billions each year and make traveling safer and easier. 

Policy 4 - End Birthright Citizenship

Only children of US citizens will have automatic citizenship.  At the age of 18, all children will have to pass a citizenship test and take an oath of loyalty to the United States in order to retain their citizenship.  If they fail, they are demoted to permanent resident and have to retake the test until they pass it.

Policy 5 - End Dual Citizenship

Dual citizenship is a non-sequitur.  You have to choose your tribe.  If you have all the privileges of citizenship in another nation, you cannot have full privileges in the US.   If you wish to retain the citizenship of another nation, you can relinquish your US citizenship and retain a permanent resident status. 

The following limitations are applied to permanent residents, as these are reserved for US Citizen alone:

1. The right to vote

2. The right to hold any elected office

3. The right to work for the US government or US government adjacent employment (lobbyist, etc)

4. The right to own property other than your personal homestead. 

5. The right to work in the defense industry 

6. The right to work in public finance

7. The right to work media
   

Policy 6 - End US Land Ownership by Foreign Nations

Owning a piece of the United States is a privilege afforded to US Citizens alone.   All foreign nations who own land in the United States will have 4 years to sell the land to a US citizen or US corporation.   If they fail to do so within 4 years,  the US government will take possession of the land and compensate the foreign nation based on what the US government deems a reasonable market rate. 

Policy 7 - Education Reform

Establish Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) for all children starting at 1 year of age.  Every year, each child will receive $10,000 (this number can be adjusted) into an ESA which the parent can use towards the child’s education.   This can be any school tuition, private tutors, home school supplies, etc.   Any money not spent can remain in the account and accrue market interest.  Children will continue to receive $10k per year until they turn 22 years old.  They can apply this money towards university tuition and books as well.  After 22 years old, they will stop receiving additional funds, but can retain any balance they hold and spend towards education at any point in time.  

Government run schools will be shut down. The Department of Education will be shut down.  Public universities will turn purely private and no longer receive direct public funding. 

Policy 8 - Healthcare Reform

Establish Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSAs) for individuals starting at birth, with an annual contribution of $5,000 (amount can be adjusted) per individual. This amount is increased by 50% after the age of 65.   Money can be spent on any healthcare related expenses,  an account is invested in the market like a 401k and accrues interest.  

Eliminate every single healthcare insurance regulation.  Medicare and Medicaid will be shut down

Policy 9 - Eliminate Social Security

Phase social security out, where people under the age of 25 will no longer incur a social security tax or be eligible to receive social security benefits.

Policy 10 - Tax Reform

Eliminate the income tax.  

Eliminate the IRS

Establish a 10% tariff on all imported goods.

Establish a progressive sales tax 

• 2% on necessities (eggs, gas, milk, bread, meat, utilities)

• 6% on basic goods (clothes, phones, cars, appliances, etc)

• 12% on non-necessities (restaurants, alcohol, cigarettes, packaged food, etc)

• 25% on luxury items (yachts, private jets, etc.)

Policy 11 - Immigration Reform

Secure the border.  

Temporarily cease all immigration and only allow immigration appeals on a case by case basis.

Bring in the military to begin a mass deportation operation:

• Deport all people in the country illegally back to their country of origin

• Deport all people currently here on asylum to their host country or country of proximate culture / geography if they are truly in danger in their host country. 

• Revoke legal status of conditional residents if they have been convicted of a violent crime and deport them back to their country of origin.  Bar them from ever receiving legal status again. 

• Revoke legal status of conditional residents who are unemployed or on welfare and deport them to their country of origin. 

Once the mass deportation operation has been complete,  we can resume a more conservative immigration policy, that includes:

• Temporary work visas for laborers who want to come work for a short period, then return to their home countries

• A legal resident process for spouses or family members of US Citizen and path to citizenship

• A legal resident process for professional workers who are employed by US firms and need to work in the United States for an indefinite duration.

Policy 12 - Crime Reform

Retool the Department of Justice to focus national crime reduction efforts:

• Establish an automatic presidential pardon to anyone prosecuted for shooting looters, store vandalizers, burglars, home invaders, or anyone in the act of committing a violent sexual assault

• Establish an automatic presidential pardon for anyone with no background of violent crime who has been prosecuted for possession of a weapon in violation of the Second Amendment

• Create a one-time suspension of double jeopardy rule due to a miscarriage of justice on behalf of Marxist prosecutors.   Anyone who has been caught committing a violent crime and released or given extraordinarily light sentences will be re-prosecuted and sent to federal prison for long sentences

• Establish expedited death penalty for crimes of child sexual abuse, with no possibility of appeal. 

• Parents of juveniles who commit violent crimes will be prosecuted for child negligence.

• Prosecute local prosecutors and elected officials who deliberately enable criminality by protecting or failing to properly prosecute criminals.   (I.E.  not arresting protesters who block major roadways, arresting those who try to forcibly remove protestors blocking roadways,   not arresting vandals, rioters, looters,  not prosecuting violent criminals, etc).    

• Enable a channel for the filing of civil suits against elected officials and criminals for victims of violent crimes or blocked roadways. (I.E. shop owners can sue the local prosecutor and mayor for damages of a store that was looted / vandalized, individual who missed job interview due to protestors blocking road can sue for damaged)

  
  

Policy 13 - Governance Reform

• Eliminate regulatory bureaucracies and return powers back to Congress or State legislatures

• Establish law preventing congress from delegating regulatory powers to any agency. 

• Establish 2 term limits for Congressmen and Senators

• While in office, elected officials have all their assets put into a blind escrow.  They are not allowed to buy or sell stocks

• After leaving office, elected officials are prevented from lobbying or working in legislative adjacent positions for a period of 10 years.

Policy 14 - Foreign Policy

• Eliminate all foreign aid

• Withdraw from NATO

• Withdraw from UN

• Establish plan to methodologically close down military bases in Europe

• Reallocate military budget towards securing US borders and deportation operations. 

Policy 15 - Reduce Federally Owned Land

• Identify and establish a few more national parks / nature preserves

• Identify and exclude strategic lands for military or other federal use purposes

• Sell off remaining land to private US Citizens

• Shut down the Bureau of Land Management
