Hello there !!!
It's me Awritter will publish a new post, here is it;
When things aren’t going quite the way you’d like them to, it’s often the result of not asking yourself the right questions. Some questions are hard to confront because you’re afraid you won’t get the answer you want, others because you really don’t want to know the answer.
But the best things in life don’t come easily, and turning away from life’s toughest questions is a sure path to clarify everything. I believe that life should be the best of all.
Socrates said;
“The unexamined life isn’t worth living.”
Socrates’ observation also applies to business. When Eric Schmidt was CEO of Google, he famously said, “We run this company on questions, not answers.”
Life, like business, runs on questions, not answers. Let’s take a closer look at some of the tough questions we should be asking ourselves regularly.
Socrates a philosopher has really a great observation in our society and what's life really is. He should not be forgotten because of his contributions in our society as well as he a very good philosoper in the world.
1.)How do people see me differently than I see myself?
Have you ever heard a sound with your voice and thought, “Is that what I really sounds like?” Because of the way the sound of the voice travels through the human brain, we never hear ourselves the same way that everybody else hears us. The same is often true for the way we behave. We interpret our behavior in terms of how we think we come across, sometimes we misunderstood bout own self by thinking negative thoughts,whereas everyone else sees the real thing. An assessment of self is a great way to gain this perspective. It gathers feedback that is constructive, anonymous, and accurate. If you forward the 360 and solicit feedback in person, make certain you ask for feedback that is specific, avoiding broad questions and generalizations. For example, you’re more likely to get an honest and accurate answer to, “How well did I handle myself in the reporting when everyone disagreed with me?” than to, “Am I a good reporter?” And be careful to show that you’re disappoint to the feedback. If you flip out or get defensive every time somebody speaks their mind, they’re going to stop doing sometimes controlling ourselves is the best thing that we can do to have a good result let's have long tempered for everything.
2.)What/whom did I make better today?
That’s another way of saying let be great to day and tommorow. Let's think whom make as a better person then should I say my my family because they motivate me in my ups and downs they're all when I need them that's why I would be a better person for them. This questions makes each day by asking yourself what or whom you made better is a great way to keep yourself grounded and focused on what really matters. Very nice questions it is. We not live for nothing we live having an inspiration and motivation to do a things more than what we expected.
3.)Am I being true to my values?
Do you ever get that nagging feeling that something is a little off in your life? This often happens when little behaviors creep up on you that violate your values. If spending quality time with your family is one of your primary values, but you keep staying late at work, there’s a conflict. If you want that nagging little voice to go away, you’re going to have to do something about it. Every situation has a conflict but we can manage it as we wanted to fair and square it very easy situation that's why I've answered in the first other questions control ourselves and manage what that best to do in our daily lives.
4.)If I achieved all of my goals, how would I feel? What can I do to feel that way as I work to achieve them?
The ability to delay gratification in pursuit of your goals is one of the most fundamental prerequisites for success, but delaying gratification doesn’t have to mean being miserable until you cross that finish line. You can achieve more—and have more fun doing it—if you let yourself feel some of that pride and pleasure along the way. All things can be possible to those who are willingly want to achieve goals in life or more than a goal we dreams. Work with passion can make you great and love and support with family is the greatest thing you have. Keep fighting let's enjoy and adventure our goals with family besides us.
5.)What haven’t I taken the time to learn about?
It’s a big world out there, and it’s getting bigger all the time. The accumulated knowledge in the world to double it's no time to be perfect easily it take times and we should take those time to learn about what the value should I would render in my environment; now it only takes a year or two. Don’t get caught behind. But remember this, times can't be gone let's enjoy life with out hesitation.
6.)In what areas of my life am I settling?
When you settle, you accept less than you’re capable of. Sometimes we settle in dead-end studies or jobs. Other times we settle for unhealthy relationships with love one and with family. If you don’t ask yourself where and why you’re settling, it’s hard to stop it. But don't take it too far it could be nice that no one can't be on this let's value things we've seen in our life.
7.)What do I want my life to be like in five years?
Think a thing that you wanted to be in future don't look down yourself in a thing that you think it's hard to be in. Lewis Carroll once said, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.” The corollary is that, once you have your destination in mind, you can plan your route. Five years is the perfect timeline: It’s not so far in the future that you can’t imagine yourself there, but it’s not so close that you can’t do anything about it. Be optimistic like an entrepreneur life has colorful things you wanted to be would come in your life. Just pray and trust god above all and don't forget your family as long as you achieved your goals that you wanted to be in future.
8.)What would I do if I wasn’t scared?
Come on! a survival perspective, fear has it's purpose. It’s what keeps us from sticking our hand in the washing machine or any of the million other things that could get us hurt or killed. But fear has a tendency to get carried away. Instead of keeping you safe, it keeps you from improving your life and living your dreams. Very great it is a wonderful statement to read. Let's don't think that ours is calm take all those possibility and take the rest if it's come. Be ready!
9.)Who has qualities that I aspire to develop?
Let's figure it out,when people have qualities that you admire, it’s a great exercise to reflect on these qualities and think about ways that you can be passionate them into your priorities apply those qualities if needed don't bother yourself thinking that you ematating someone let's apply what you've learn.
10.)What Problem are we solving?
Have you ever been in a moment and suddenly realized that not everyone was having the same conversation? Not because people were talking over each other, but because they had different ideas about the purpose of the discussion. Sometimes it helps to put the topic on the whiteboard when you’re having an opinion. This makes certain everyone knows why they’re there. Solving it can be nice as it's give peace of mind. Problems can be solved don't depress yourself such problems in life let's think easy at all.
11.)What’s stopping me from doing the things that I should be doing?
It’s easy to tap your shoulders and say, “I don’t know what to do,” but that’s just an excuse. Most of the time, we know exactly what we should be doing; we just aren’t willing to move the division out of the way. Be faithful of yourself trust it and you can make it a long the way. Don't mind other as they judge you by doing such things they don't care of yourself let them do what they want in there life the important is you can make it and trust yourself.
12.)Will you be my mentor?
It’s an intimidating question to ask, but few people will turn you down. Everyone likes being looked up to, and it feels good to share our knowledge with others. Socializing random people or even stranger can also help us get some ideas experience and thoughts in life let's learn from them and learn from them it's give and take situation in life be a mentor is not a problem anyway.
13.)What’s the most important lesson I’ve learned so far in life? Am I living that lesson?
Value all the lesson we learn with different people we pass as by sometimes life give us back into reality and we’re forced to learn a powerful lesson twice. The trouble with this is that it’s just as much of a rude awakening the second time around. Be thankful to those people that we've meet in every journey we had as we living in this world be thankful.
Embracing It All Together;
Asking and answering the hard questions can be extremely uncomfortable but the other way it nice to have it to know what should or what purpose our life is. We don’t learn and grow by sticking with what is comfortable the other way it's very helpful to have those uncomfortable questions that improve our thinking matter of life not just for nothing, but the value we get from those thoughts in life be happy ,be passionate and be thankful for everything we step in our life let's thanks God as he give us all in our life.
