I killed snake

Snakes🐍 are very dangerous animals and just this afternoon I killed a snake 🐍which was hiding from me for a long time but finally I found and killed it. By the way, they are very dangerous and when it bites. Man can die, so the snake should be killed. Did I do it right? Please comment your opinion .
