She is supposed to be gossip mate

Mothers and daughters are supposed to be best of friends or sesame twins that cannot be separated but these days it’s a different ball game in the sense that some daughters think that their mums are too timid or not  digital enough to understand  or embrace modernization . Truth be told nothing new under the surface of the earth , every new thing  or new invention today has an old one that once existed some time ago but has been out of use due to taste and satisfaction .let me narrow your minds towards relationship. Having relationship talks with mothers is a huge turn off for some of us ladies . Having a boyfriend can never be discussed open s because some mothers think that having a boyfriend is a bad idea No!!! , it depends on your motive towards each other .Mothers with their experience try to guide their daughters in other to avoid mistakes , and daughters would rather prefer to talk about their love life with their friends because they think that their mothers would always misunderstand them.

During  in my fourth grade ,a girl in my class was always  having high blood pressure each time her mum come to pick her after school hours. Then one of the days while in class I asked while she always acted that way she said her mum was so strict on her, and at home she is not allowed to visit any of her friends and no one was allowed to come and visit her too, and she is not allowed to go anywhere except to her mother’s shop during the weekends  and to church on Sundays ,I asked her if she had a boyfriend she said a guy who lived in the next street was asking her out and she really wanted to dated this guy but her mum was so strict on her and if she ever finds out that she had a boyfriend she would be grounded for ever.  

Years went by ,I met her in collage and sometime last year in June while her mum was on a business trip, she went for parties ,did all sorts of nasty things and got pregnant for one guy, which he denied the pregnancy , she had no option than to abort the child because of shame , mockery and stigmatization from the society on pregnancy out of wedlock . She lost her womb in the process . She got married and couldn’t conceive ,when the results for medical checkup was out her mother was so surprise because  she never mentioned that she lost her womb while in college  due to an abortion. Her mum was so mad  and asked her , after all the good virtue she had learnt yet said  did such an awful  thing. Then she said to her mum yes it Is true that you thought me about good virtue but you never gave me freedom to see if I would abuse it .she told her mum how she was too scared to share her thoughts with her and she was always too strict on her. There is no need to cry over a split milk .Her mum was sorry for all that had happened years back. she became friends with her daughter, even though it was so late .

mothers and daughters should be best of friends ,mothers need to understand that civilization has a huge impact on the younger ones . So they should try to adjust to the system and always correct a child with love.
