Coping with Anxiety

Good day cash readers. In This article we will look at a way and method to deal with Anxiety on a daily basis.

When people talk about anxiety all they refer to, is having having trouble breathing.

But lets face it. Anxiety is not just having trouble breathing. It is more of waking up at 3am from a dead sleep because your heart is racing, which erupts for no reason. Anxiety is stressing over things that may or may not be real. It is calling your mom, sister or friend at 3 hours before she gets up to work, hoping that she will respond so you can stop thinking about the attack.

Anxiety is your mood changing in a matter of minutes. It is an uncontrollable tremor. It is having to make up an excuse after a behavioral attack. It is physically and emotionally draining

Anxiety is a fight with your spouse, even if you are not angry. It is breaking up at the slightest annoyance. It is a lot of "what's wrong" and "I don't know." We can all agree Anxiety is more than what people believe it to be

There continually research being done to look at the effects of It as well as causes 0f It. The way it impacts on person health is the subject of many research endeavors. So a few suggestions were made to help those on a daily basis.

Some words 0f advice offered:

  • Know what triggers your anxiety by keeping a journal to record what is happening when you get angry.

  • Recognize the humor in a situation. but make sure the laugh is on you. not on the other person.

  • Practice relaxation techniques and mediate or focus your thoughts on something pleasant.

To whom ever out there with Anxiety I want you to know this: "Your feelings matter, just because you're upset by something that others do not, it doesn't make you crazy or worthless. Some of the most successful people in life have anxiety. This is not your fault. This is not the end. You are strong. You're smart. You are brave. You are worthy".
