Dinner was.. cooked some pork roast then shredded it. SHREDDED ROAST PORK tonight I used the pork to make BBQ Pork Sandwiches added cheese, peppers, BBQ Sauce MMMM Tommorrow I will eat left over pork with rice. 😊

Dinner When out I bought this STUFFED BEEF WRAP THING.. I bought this beef stuffed wrap. Its a baked dough with lots of beef, cheese, and pasta...like stuffed mac and cheese.. added pepper. I heated it and cut it open to reveal its beefy goodness. the pasta is strange, would rather have mushrooms I like the beef !! 😊

CARROT CAKE I bought with Cream Cheese Filling. I've always loved a good carrot cake. The key is to get real cream cheese not the fake stuff. You have to refrigerate it and keep cold. But worth it. mmmm 😀
