Dinner was.. cooked some pork roast then shredded it. SHREDDED ROAST PORK tonight I used the pork to make BBQ Pork Sandwiches added cheese, peppers, BBQ Sauce MMMM Tommorrow I will eat left over pork with rice. 😊
