Greater investment, greater access.Along with physical health,we should grave concern about our mental health because experts uttered that human health conditions almost count on its psychological health condition.But,In our country,the scenery is :People unwilling to take any mental problems as a disease,that's why sometimes,they have indulged in serious mental disorder and turned into Suicide, whereas WHO already mentioned Mental problem as first priority.It’s high time to create awareness among mass people about mental health.
However,third portion of world population are facing different types of mental problems,a report published by WHO,1 in 4 in serious in this case.In addition,around 15 to 30 parentage of adults of Bangladesh has been indulged in psychological disorders report by ICDDRB and Bangladesh mental Institute in 2015.And,nowadays the mental health problem has been deteriorating day by day amid pandemic:Isolation,qurantain,work from home,stay at home,restriction of movement,unemployment,no socializations for a long time are triggering mental conditions.Besides,a ton of people has indulged in alcohol abuse,drug use,insomnia,anxiety,stress and derepression resulted in agitation, stroke,heart failure and even death.
Moreover,WHO and around 130 countries including Bangladesh observed World Mental Health Day, the based on certain theme is Mental health for All,on 10th October, 2020.Now come to the point, what will be the best solution to overcome psychological trauma at home?The way of my best knowledge,first of all,think positively:Avoid all negativity what actually hit our mind and find positive, productive,ultimate reason of beautiful life.Second,exercise:Therapeutic and plays a significant role in boosting our psychological health, refresh our mind and get Charge our batteries to do new thinking, Third,baby sleep:Change our habit not to take cat sleep,a beauty sleep has a power to change our thought. Fourth,health food:protein contain foods enhance our blood circulation that remove our psychical weekness and advocate to release hormone.Last but not least, share feelings:It is really acted as tonic to relief from derepression or mental disturbances.
To sum up ,not squander time,government along with some non-state organisations should take some initiative to do something like a duck to water.Government should create mental health care centre at Upazila and community level and appoint mental health experts there to ensure people's right of health. On the other hand,all hands on deck to turn our new leaf by creating an open and caring culture in every sector of our life.
