Brazil Today

Hi guys. Hope you're safe and well. I'm@Ashutosh.S back again with another article. I'm from India. 3rd most affected country by covid 19. 1st is of course USA. Both countries are obvious mentions if you'll ask anybody. Even if we ignore the factor of inability of more testings or how effective their lockdown was, it's still obvious. Why? Population. Area. The theory that china sent some people in these countries to help spread the virus(just a theory). But do you think if someone's answer would be Brazil. Yes. The 2nd worst affected country by covid 19. Why did this happen? Politically speaking, I can be wrong. Please correct me if so. Now, how Brazil hit the 2nd rank. Sure the economical equality is one of the answers. It's bizzare there. The inequality is highest since 2012. It is expected that 3.6 million people will fall in poverty by the end of the year. Another reason, population density. Brazil is mostly favelas. Crammed houses made out of cheap materials, dividing two house just by sheet of plastic divider. The conditions they live in are horrible. Why are they living in these conditions. Corruption. But that's totally different subject. Talking about population density, Bangladesh is no. 1 in population density with numbers of 575 people/km^2. So what more happened with Brazil. Poor leadership. President Jair Bolsonaro mocked corona virus and said it's just a hoax. We saw something which was totally opposite to what happened in America. People rallied FOR imposing lockdown. But government kept ignoring their people and the virus has taken it's toll. The wrongs their government did, it's outcome were suffered by people who voted for them. The whole management failed miserably. I can only remember the dialogue from V for Vendetta. The people shouldn't fear the government. The government should fear the people.
