Gone is the prince of football! Remained the best goal of the century, ‘Hand of God’,😭
innumerable mind-blowing dribbles, memories of innumerable goals
with small appearances defending the defenders. But Diego Maradona,
the creator of those histories, did not stay. One of the best players in
the history of world football has died of a heart attack in just 60 years.🥺😣
Maradona was hospitalized in early November. The football legend was admitted to
hospital after falling seriously ill after celebrating his 70th birthday.
The staffer added, 'He was very confused for a week. He stopped eating and drinking.
' The former football star's personal doctor Leopoldo Luke is said to be examining
everything related to his health checkup.
Maradona's fight, however, began at an early age.
He was born on October 30, 1930 in Tigre. Maradona's God-given
talent was first spotted while playing at the Villa Fiorito, a
slum in Buenos Aires. Maradona was eight at the time. He used to
nurture his talent by playing with friends at night. Maradona got a
chance in the Argentine junior youth team after catching the eye of trainer
Francisco Cornejo. Under his leadership, the team was unbeaten in 137 consecutive matches.
Under the captaincy of one of the best footballers of all time, Argentina won the 1986 FIFA World Cup.
In the quarter-final against England, he scored his famous
'goal with the hand', which became known as the legendary goal 'Hand of God'.
The Argentine Football Association "deeply regrets the star's
death" in a statement on social media. The statement added: "Your seat will be in our hearts forever."
He retired from professional football in 1998 on his 36th birthday.
At the time, he was playing for Boca Juniors, Argentina's big team.
Before the 1986 World Cup, only a handful of people knew about Argentina.
Diego Maradona is the reason why the world knows that there is a territory called Argentina.
The people of the subcontinent in particular have learned to support Argentina in the World Cup with Diego Maradona.
