Cook Biryani

I cook Biryani today. As today is Friday and in our house every one wants to eat Biryani on Friday. It's too delicious and yummy in taste. I use Bombay Biryani masala to make Biryani, It's give delicious taste to Biryani I also made salad with this,It's increase the taste .

Method of preparation

First soak rice in water

Then we cut onion and grind it. Take a pot and add oil on this then add grinded onion plus ginger garlic paste then cook it very well then add fry meat on this and cook it again then after some times add fried potatoes and deeply cook it very well on cover pot with medium flame.

Then take a big pot and add full of water add some cardamom,cloves,cinamon and add salt according to rice you cook.when water is boiling add soak rice on that and cook on high flame until rice cook well. Then check rice pass through the seive and separate it from water.

Then in big pot oil pant on lower bottom then add layer of rice then qorma then again rice then qorma. Add some kesa food color on every layer of rice. Then steam it for 5 min.
