Us based broadband coming in Pakistan

a delegation from Starlink, which is a US-based global satellite broadband provider, paid a visit to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) headquarters in Islamabad.

Chairman PTA informed Starlink’s officials that PTA would support them in accordance with Pakistan’s regulatory framework for Starlink’s operations.

He further briefed Starlink representatives on the Prime Minister’s vision for Digital Pakistan and the opportunities for quality broadband internet in Pakistan’s developing market.

Moreover, the two parties addressed the deployment of satellite broadband access in Pakistan as well as Starlink’s future plans for connecting Pakistan to their worldwide network during the discussion.
