The body dysmorphia and insecurity about body images have always been linked to women.
Whenever a voice is raised for positive body image, its always for women.
"All women are beautiful" and "Accept her in any size or colour" have become the most famous slogans.
Somehow, ironically we completely forget about men, and their insecurities.
Just because they pretend not to care, and they suck at expressing their complexes and insecurities, doesn't mean they don't have any.
Short girls want to marry tall men.
Tall girls want to marry tall men.
What about the short ones then?
They have invented heels for women, so we can easily add whatever amount of inches we want to out height and no one even notices, because thats "normal".
But if a man puts on high sole, he will be an outcast.
A women is allowed to put makeup on if she is not comfortable with her skin tone, her acne marks, she can contour her nose into a much narrow one. She can outline her lips into the perfect shape. She can contour her double chin into a sharp jaw bone.
But what about a man?
He is stuck with the way he is made.
Do you realize how hard it must be accepting yourself exactly the way you are because you have no other option?
We need more positive body image awareness for men.
They need the inspiration and the reassurances more than any woman ever will.
Normalize praising men, and accepting them just the way they are.

I love this, yes men also get body conscious, that's why a lot are so obsessed with keeping their hair neat, because usually that's the only thing they can fix. Some develop body issues too this why men also get anorexia or even excessively exercise because of it
