This afternoon, twenty one kilometers from our house, this is what we've found. A favorite hangout for bikers, it's a summit where views are great. On our way home last Monday, we dropped by to a makeshift food stall behind a road. This stall probably the reason why the roads keep on expanding multiple times from two lane to now ten to twelve lanes on some parts. A bit hungry and craving for "Pares", I ordered one set for dine in and four set takeaway. Craving satisfied, Pares is a combination of beef stew full of spices combined with fried rice and broth. When I'm home, when we have our meal in our table, I have a separate non pork meal prepared by my wife, then everytime I taste the food of my children, I've got a warning and reprimand from her not to eat it preventing me to eat food with cholesterol. I visited a nice deck in our company's office building the other day. I noticed that the tables and benches were already worn out, it used be like the color of freshly cut wood.
