One step at a time is all it takes, I submitted a design guideline today to our Division Head for his review and further advise prior to signing. It culminates a year of activities on using a new technology in our projects. I hope they will notice our efforts and would give us considerations and merits, for we've used so much energy, just like climbing a steep and shaky ladder shown in the photos I've taken yesterday during our nature's trip.
