In my work, I cannot speak nor talk my thoughts fully when I'm in a meeting with those in high positions although I'm fully aware of the issues and it's solutions. I'm always challenge by those positions who are a steps higher than me. Just like huge, enormous and gigantic sun, nobody can stare at it alone in the sky, we need some clouds and late afternoon to enjoy it's beauty. So it's ok, not to speak all I know, for if I speak everything, some may not like it or might complicate the issue that most will not comprehend, there will be no beauty. Good evening Noisers.
