Some one keep getting into my account

It a every day accuracy now were it say something went wrong and some one from another device went log on then it take me to another option to make a new wallet with knew praise . Who ever this is can get around all the phrase password and do it every day. I hope this security issue will be solve if not I post every day it happens.
