5 Tomatoes medium
2 tbsp Adrak lehsan paste
2 tsp Crushed coriander
1/2 tsp Haldi
2 tsp Crushed roasted cumin
2 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Black pepper
4 Green chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Julian
2 pinch Kasuri methi
to taste Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Koyla for smoke
1/2 cup Ghee
Steps
Heat ghee and fry the meat till it changes the colour then add adrak lassan paste and fry for 2 mins. When meat changes the colour add tomatoes and green chillies and cook on high flame for 10 mins after that add red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt, haldi and water then cover it and leave it until meat cook..When meat cook and oil starts separating add cumin roasted, black pepper, crushed coriander and cook more till tomatoes paste is well cooked.
Add a bit of water and add Julian ginger green chillies, lemon juice and koyla for smoke and leave it on dum for 5 mins..tadddaaaa highway koyla karahi is ready..
