We all are well aware of the importance of the book and know how they impact our lives. Now we are living in the world of the internet and all the information is present on the Internet but it's true that if we want to get in-depth knowledge on any topic books are the best source to do that and improves our life. Can you imagine the efforts and research of a writer before writing a book?. 

Today I will share 5 books with you that touch five areas of our life. So let's start...

(1). Thinking Fast, Fast And Slow By Daniel Kahneman 

This book is about thinking and it is the best-selling book of 2011. If you want to improve your thinking power then you must read this book. This book was written by Daniel Kahneman who was awarded the Nobel Prize for economic sciences. This book got the National Academics Communications Award In 2012. It is a masterpiece of psychology and the best book for thinking.

This book talks about two parts of the human brain system 1 and system 2. System 1 is fast, emotional and practical. Whereas system 2 is slow and logical. 

This book had been divided into five parts. This book talks about the fundamentals and our daily life decisions. It explains the importance of decisions in our daily life with real examples.

2. Inner Engineering By SadhGuru:

These books describe the inner self with practical examples and approaches. 

According to Vivek Bindra, the number 1 source of motivation is inside not outside he said " External reason and external seasons are always temporary sources of motivation" knowing inner self always gives peace.

Sadguru had divided this book into two parts, the first part talks about emotional, physical and logical life while part gives us some techniques and ways to reach our destination and dimensions. This book is very logical and practical.

3. The Power Of Habits By Charles Duhigg:

This book touches a very important area of our life which habits. It is said that a man makes his habits and habits makes a man. He had explained how habits work and how these are formed in a very practical way. He had also described how can we change our habits. 

4. Eat That Frog By Brian Tracy:

This book helps us in time management which is very important in our life as we have limited life. It is said that if we don't value our precious time then we will not get anything. Successful people always manage their time as they have priorities in their life. According to Vivek Bindra, time management is actually priority management.

In this Brain had explained 21 ways to manage time and avoid procrastination in our life. It has 21 chapters and every chapter explains one technique. So this book is best for those people who want to manage their time and want to use it in the best way.

5. Strengths Finder by Tom Rath

If someone wants to know about his strength then he must read this book. Tom explains in this that how can we find our talent and use in the best way to get fruit in our life. It is equally important whether we are finding our talent in our professional life or for our hobbies.
