From September 10, 2020, free online class facilities will be available through Teletalk network.
1. All university students under UGC's highly efficient ICT platform BdREN will be able to take free online classes using the Zoom APP .
2. The facility will be available for all Teletalk SIMs. For this, a student has to have a minimum data balance to be connected to the network. However, no data will be charged after joining the Zoom app through the BdREN platform.
3. In addition to the class, if a student is browsing another site or app or using a mobile hotspot to access the Internet from another device, he or she will be charged for that amount of data.
4. To avail the facility of free online class, each student has to recharge 100 TK per month in his SIM which will be added to his original account balance. If you recharge below 100 TK per month, you will not get the benefit of free online class.
5. However , the students don’t have to recharge this 100 TK in the first month. From the second month, you must recharge 100 rupees per month. This recharged money can be used for purchasing any service of voice, data and Teletalk. The unused balance will be added to the next recharge.
6. Respected teachers of the concerned universities will provide the link of BdREN's free Zoom class to the students.
