Wedding is a special occasion and a very important moment of life! It is a mixture of joy and pain also! We start a new life with a new family,we also leave our family(Girls).We start a journey with A new partner,some new dreams and lots of hope. How do you celebrate tge wedding days? Different cultures,religion follow differents rule.So let's know How Benagli people celebrate it. We mostly divide the wedding in three parts: **1.Gaye Holud(Turmeric ceremony)** On this occasion both the bride and groom are applied turmeric to their body! .

Family and relatives are there to do all the fun together..

It is said that turmeric is a sign of purity.So it is used to start a new life.Also turmeric makes our skin glowing.So it helps to give a special glow to the bride☺😋😍 **2.Mehendi(Henna ceremony)** on this occasions Henna is applied on the hands of bride and grooms.There are a lots of fun also.Its one kind of party.

There are dance party,Singing competition and so on.People do whatever they loves.Everybody applies Henna on their hand.

It is said that Henna is applied to bring new colors in our new life. The name of bride or grooms is written and also they check whose colour came out good! The bright the color,the more love between the couples😍😍😘😘 **3.Akodh and Bidai(Marriage and Goodbye😥)** The day when couple say "Kobul" and accept one other as their life partner as well as a girl saye Bye to her father's home😴 The place where she grew up,one day it becomes far away! She have to start a new family,take soe responsibility.

It is the most painful moment for a bride and her family😥. So what custom do you follow in your marriage ceremony. It is not the total custom for bengali people because different relegion follows fifferents customs and norms. Thanks for reading.Correct my mistakes🤠
