A: You must not join. Because if you want to switch jobs from one company to another, you have to increase your salary by at least 30 percent. That's the rule. You will calculate with annual income. That is, divide your annual income by 12. You will want to increase the salary by 40 percent. In other words, your annual salary will come at a salary of Rs. That means your annual income is 70,000 rupees. Dividing it by 12, your monthly income will be 75,000 rupees. It is necessary to increase the salary by 40%. In other words, the salary will be 40 percent more than 75 thousand rupees, that is, 91 thousand rupees. And don't join if 30% salary is not increased. In other words, if the salary is not 84500 rupees, there is no need for a worker of 60 thousand rupees to leave a permanent job.

Since you have been working for 8 years, you do not have to prove anything extra by working for 6 months. Two, the company's sales, production, everything does not depend on you alone. This does not mean that you do worse or worse. Also when will you get Eid bonus after joining (some companies may say, we give bonus one year after the job becomes permanent, it means you will not get bonus for next year and a half. Q: What do I do if I want to see the pay slip?

A: First of all, it is illegal to want to see a pay slip. In that case, you also have the right to ask whether the company pays taxes or not, whether you have a license or not. But they won’t show you. Then why do you have to show them your company's pay slip? And it is HR's job to find out what kind of salary structure in the sympathetic industry, who is doing well, who gets what kind of salary. If he doesn't believe you, let him know. You will not show the pay slip. And how much is your current company’s salary, it can’t be a question of your interview. They have no need to know it. You know what works, what will improve the income of this company, it will only be discussed.

Q: What do I do if asked to sign an agreement?

Answer: The agreement is invalid under the law of Bangladesh. Now, what is the legitimacy of the company that will persuade you to do something illegal in the beginning, and will not do anything illegal with you later? In fact, the foundation of some organizations is weak and they cannot volunteer to work in the organization with adequate facilities based on the competition of the employees of their organization. As a result, they fear that the employees will leave with more opportunities in other organizations. To prevent such a move, the company tries to hold the employees hostage through various agreements.

Such an agreement is illegal under the law, so the company will never be able to win a legal battle against it. Speaking of the Constitution of Bangladesh, Article 34 states that all forms of forced labor are prohibited except in two cases; And any breach of this provision shall be deemed to be a punishable offense by law.

Now if you are forced to sign the agreement, then sign the agreement and do the job. If there is a job elsewhere, give timely notice. If the company is in trouble, take recourse to the law. Many NGOs provide free support. The company will issue a release letter as soon as the lawyer gives notice to the company. However, the company can take any action if you are involved in any unethical activities during your stay in the company.
