Lets talk about anaemia!

Meaning

Anaemia means that either the level of red blood cells or the level of haemoglobin is lower than normal.(We say less blood in body so patient can understand it better)

Main Causes

1.Low levels of iron in the body.(main cause) 》 so try to take iron containing food.

2.Blood loss(chronic disease, in case of women :period,child birth,pregnancy) 》so take more healthy and iron foods during period.

3.Intestinal helminthes.》 Take antihelminthic drugs every 3 monthly!

4.chronic diseases – such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and tuberculosis》Treat and prevent these disease

(There are many other causes,I made it easy so that you understand and can prevent it.)

*Easy fatigue

Prevention

Aneamia is a common issues in your country specially among the women ... i am moderatly aneamic too ...i took folic acid for 3 months..now Allhamdulliah my Hb% is 10.4 which is more improved.

Interesting, I have a question about this topic, in fact I was thing about this yesterday.. So , If I have to choose two kind of food and stuck with it for a year with some minimal exceptions , what I should choose ?? For example : (Rice and lentils) or (wheat and beans ) .. Etc .. What do you think ??

Okay here rice is a great source of carbohydrate,and lentils is full of protein,fiber and low fat.(both us very important for us)But remember that we need some micronutrient also,we need fibers and vitamins.Or else lack of these will make us sick. In case of wheat(it is more healthier than rice),bean contains protein,fiber,iron,potassium and many more. So you can choose wheat and bean(for healthy life style).

i am now taking a medicine. it contains iron .. its because im not sleeping properly in time.. most of the time i sleep 3 in the morning then wake up 8 in the morning. that my routine eveyday..
