The most important of the supererogatory prayers is the tahajjud prayer.
This prayer was obligatory before the five daily prayers became obligatory. Later it was considered nafl.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said about this prayer,
"The best prayer after the obligatory prayer is the night prayer (tahajjud)." (Jami Tirmidhi, 1: 99) The time of this prayer on the last night from the time of Triprahar (the time of Sahri) to the time of Sadiq in the morning.
However, those who are unsure of getting up on the last night due to the hard work of the day, can perform 2/4 rak'at prayers for tahajjud before going to sleep after Isha.
Then, if possible, get up again on the last night and recite Tahajjud. And if you can't get up then, I hope you will not be deprived of the virtues of Tahajjud because of that prayer of the first night.

After performing the Fajr prayer, they will abstain from worldly activities and speeches from sunrise to sunrise in their place of prayer or (men) will be engaged in recitation of the Qur'an, remembrance, remembrance, tasbeeh, tahleel, etc.

It is stated in the hadith that if two rak'ats of Ishraq prayer are offered at that time, one Hajj and one Umrah will get equal Chawab. Of course, it is permissible for a person to engage in worldly activities after the Fajr prayer and to recite Ishraq after sunrise. Ishraq will be realized in this too.
