There was a boy sitting on a granite rock beside the river after being fired in a Finance Corporation. It just two months ago where he was also removed as a clerk in a public attorney's office.
His mind keeps on complaining that everything is just an endless loop of suffering.
"Is this eternal? How can I escape this loop of misfortunes?", He asked.
An old man with a fedora hat heard his sentiment and said to him, "fear not, young man".
The old man told him to remove his leather shoes and join him to step into the river.
"What's the meaning of this?", the young man asked.
"Can you feel how the river flows? Let's get back our feet to the soil and step again to the river", the old man asserted.
"Haha, this is ridiculous. What is this?", The young man replied.
"The second time you step into the river, is that the same particles of water who flows unto your feet?", The old man asked.
"Of course, not", the young man answered.
"That's how life works. Into the river, you cannot step on the same water twice. Maybe you're stepping today on the flowing waters of misfortune but it is not always like that. There will be a flowing water of prosperity that is bound to come next. What is true today may not be true tommorow", the old man explained.
