Neither arrogance nor humility is extremely beneficial. Excessive use of these causes problems in every aspect of life. Humans are blood flesh animals. Man's simple religion is to express himself. However, every job has some rules and regulations. People have to abide by these. And if you don't follow these rules, you have to face problems. It is normal for the arrogant to fall. The arrogant person destroys himself and also harms the society. Human life is not a flower bed. He has to struggle to survive in the world. Man is successful in any work through his labor and talent. A kind of ego works in winning people. There will be moderate arrogance in people. Sometimes this egoism becomes so intense that people in the society move away from it. As a result, he lost his popularity due to excessive exaggeration. In society we see another class of people who show too much flexibility or humility. They consider themselves too small or insignificant. Such a person cannot decide on any task. This class of people does not get due respect in the society. The result of being too arrogant is destruction. Again, it is inappropriate to think of oneself as extremely humble or insignificant. Charles Darwin said, "Only those who are worthy of the battle of life survive." So we have to keep pace with the environment. It has to be done in the place where all the manners are required. Many countries of the world have been destroyed due to their excessive arrogance and power grab. Again many nations have lost their freedom to feel inferior or insignificant. When we look at nature, we see beautiful examples. Trees that are too big can be broken by a small storm. Again, those trees are very small and they are eaten by various herbivores. As a result, the trees do not develop anymore. Therefore, there is a need to have different behaviors depending on the time, place and vessel.
Education: As human beings, we will naturally have ego and flexibility. However, we need to be aware that they do not become the cause of destruction beyond the limits.
