Most of the people in our agricultural country live in villages. The place where the villagers meet on a particular day for the purpose of buying and selling the goods required to meet the daily needs is called a hat. Apart from this, it is not possible to think about the livelihood of the villagers and the economic activities of the villagers.

Places where people sit every day and gather for shopping are called markets. But the places where trade is done once or twice a week are called hats. The market is full of goods and buyers and sellers gather more. There are one or two days a week for the market. On that day or at the market, sellers from far and wide gather in the market in boats, cars, steamers, trains with huge cargo. Bikini is more than a market at the market. So Hat-Bazar and Gramyahat are not one. However, many people in the region call the market a market and the market a market. So the word hat-bazaar is used in almost the same sense. The existence of a market with a few villagesHats are usually set up in cities or other large markets and important areas with access to roads, ghats or river transport, transportation and freight. Often there is a market near the crossroads, under a big banyan tree, on the bank of the river or in the open field. Usually the big hat-bazaar is located on the banks of the river. Because it is more convenient to bring and take goods by river in this riverine country. There are two types of shops in the village market. Some stores are permanent, some are temporary. Temporary shops usually sit in open spaces. One part of the market is reserved for the sale of one type of product for the convenience of trading in the market. Aligned with grocery stores. On the one hand there is a raw market where there are vegetables, betel-nut, molasses-tobacco etc. Fish market, poultry market is on the other side. On one side there are dried things like onion-pepper, pulses-salt etc. Apart from that, hotels and tea shops can be seen with shops made of blacksmiths, potters and carpenters, clothes shops, pharmacies etc. Some markets have cattle and goat trade.

The special feature of the market is that all kinds of products are collected in the market. Buyers can buy these products at a slightly lower price. On the one hand, due to the large number of people, the market became bustling; On the other hand, hackducks of various peddlers in various costumes, some with speeches to the mic, some with records or playing harmonium, sell various kinds of goods. As time goes on, the crowd grows. The whole market is buzzing with buyers and sellers bargaining. As a result, the market became popular and crowded. As the evening progressed the hat began to break down. Buyers return home with bags full of goods and sellers return with pocket money in their minds. Gradually the market became depopulated and became silent. There are scattered papers, high parts of vegetables and broken pots and pans lying here and there in the courtyard of the market.

There is a great need for markets in the life of the people of the village. Although all the necessities are available in small quantities in the village market, not all the items are available. The villagers wait for the market to get all kinds of goods. The villagers can sell their produce directly at the market. He can buy his necessities with the money he earns. If there was no opportunity for a village market, they had to buy it from the city. This saves them a lot of labor, time and money. The market has a connection with the economic life of the village. Grameehat also has a special role to play in the export of domestically produced products.

Gramyahat is not just a center for buying and selling goods; It is a wonderful meeting place of interaction and policy in busy rural life. People from far and wide come here every day to meet each other and there is an opportunity to exchange love. Therefore, Grameen Hat is a suitable communication center of rural life. The importance of rural market in the village life is immense.
