Sometimes you need to be alone just to relax yourself from anything like stress, anger and other reasons to avoid being judged by others if they saw your bad side trust me they will judge you or worse leave you so my advice is listen to a song if you want to cry then cry just to lessen your stress or what it will make you calm then do other things like writing your thoughts or what things happened why are you stress or what promise it will help you to relax after that face to people like nothing happened to you smile and smile it will help you to accept the life.
