Considering having a pet can be a tough one of course you need to make your research before getting one. Then buying the pet bowls, food, treats, toys, and many more. And after all that work you'll go to your local pet store to get a pet only for it to die after a few weeks or months which is really terrible.

The thing that I'm really against is buying your pet, especially in pet shops. Pet shops don't give animals the right care, sometimes this can lead to the demise of the cute animals. Here's the real thing pet shop owners mostly don't care about the pets they're selling they just want your juicy money.

Pet shops provide animals with small living spaces, not enough food or/and water, no medical attention, and they overcrowd them. Pet shops like putting animals especially rodents in the same enclosure so they would naturally breed and spawn more animals. Pet shops just allow this because this will only give them more money which is what they only care for.

If you have a pet shop near you there is a high chance that there is a dead animal in their trash bins. This is because again they don't provide the needs that an animal would really need, necessary things, the things that a pet can't live properly without.

If you would sincerely want a pet please do your research, buy the things that the pet would need before hand, and ADOPT.

Adopting is very easy, if you want to adopt one, see if your local adoption center has one that you can adopt. There is also a lot of Facebook group that have a lot of people that can give pets.

If you, unfortunately, can't find one there is a solution. That is buying your pet to a professional breeder. This gives your pet great genetics and proper health care.
