Mango juice

Ingredients: 2 cups of milk powder, two and a half cups of water, 1 tablespoon of cornflower, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tin of cream, 1 tablespoon of gelatin rose, 1 tablespoon of CMC powder, liquid

1 teaspoon of glucose. Mango puree 1 cup, 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons sugar.

Recipe: Blend milk, water, cornflower and sugar together. The mixture should be poured into a pan and thickened with fuel. Liquid glucose must be met in hot conditions.
