Our failed system has changed the mindset of our young people towards education. The level at which some youths who have seen entertainment as a way to success drop out of school is alarming. I so much believe that proper prioritized Investment on education would bring pacy national development and technological awareness. Imagine If everyone decided to leave school and move enmasse into entertainment, how would the nation move forward since proper knowledge fosters good policies? It's regrettable how Big Brother Naija ex housemates are getting governmental appointments at the expense of jobless first class and intelligent graduates. Education in Nigeria is fading very fast unless there are new measures put in place to revive its importance, cores and values. Even the contemporary youths that go to school do no believe in it anymore, they just want to graduate, have a certificate and move into something else without necessarily giving a damn about the knowledge they have garnered not to talk of applying it. How sad? The mentality now is that; academic brilliance doesn't make you in anyway better, that, the highest is to land you a teaching job, like what the fuck! Your below average course mates would even tell it to your face that they would make it bigger than you while they don't need to read.

Readers they say are leaders but nowadays, Readers only end up in classrooms, whereas teaching in Nigeria isn't lucrative. Academic brilliance needs to be encouraged while more budgetery allocations are needed to save Education!!!
