You don't have to be Einstein to understand time in everyday life. Einstein's theory of relativity does not carry much significance in everyday life. The universal principle of time is that every day we have an equal number of hours and minutes allocated for each of us. You cannot store these hours and minutes, nor exchange them with anyone else. Time is extremely precious. But there is a difference between this price and the value of money. Money can be saved, lent. Borrowing can be done if necessary. But time cannot be borrowed, it cannot be borrowed. The time that has passed never comes back. A basic fact about time and money is that we need both very much. The need is so great that the demand is not easily met. Almost all of us think it would be nice to have more money. The work could have been done better if a little more time had been available. Work cannot be done smoothly due to lack of time. You can't be happy with your family, you can't be immersed in yourself. In this generation of ours, the cries of lack of time are the most.

No matter how much you cry, if you seek the advice of time management experts, your life will become so mechanical that you will gasp. You will suffer from stress. The perfect personal work schedule will only increase your anxiety. We know a lot of ways to follow the schedule. We will now see how we can meet all our needs. You need control over time to meet your needs. Following the following steps will establish your control over time, instead of controlling the to-do list.

Determine the need then try to achieve:

The first step in saving time is to formulate a work schedule on a priority basis. Thousands of different types of work can be done every moment. But at the moment it is most important to be able to determine which work needs to be done specifically.

Leave the idea of Superman:

We want to do everything perfectly beautifully. And the urge to do big things puts an indescribable strain on our nerves. But there is a big difference between wanting to do something big and doing something big. If you want to do big things, you have to avoid many small things.

Overcome the chaos:

Divide your workload into two parts to reduce the hassle of work. One being urgent the other being important. Emergency groups can also have many trivial issues. Such as the boss's screams, the ringing of the telephone bell. In most cases, we are preoccupied with trivial matters. The advice of experts in this regard is that if you pay attention to the important issues, long-term benefits can be obtained and time can be saved.

Save time for long term goals:

You will always see that time is running out to do urgent work. There is no time for far-reaching work after meeting the needs of the moment. Spend half an hour to an hour each day for long-term goals. In the next life, you will see that this half-hour-one-hour time is giving you great satisfaction.

Set priorities by :

Make a list of everything you need to do. Then number from one to ten based on importance. One is the most important, and ten is the lowest. Then number each item on the list on an emergency basis. One being the most unumberrgent, and three being the least urgent. Then fill in the numbers of these two important and urgent. Consider the number of jobs that are the least important.

Priority calculation strategy:

Another important strategy for determining priorities is to prepare a daily schedule. Write down what you need to do throughout the day. Then mark the 'A' next to the most urgent tasks. Then estimate how long it will take to do this. If you find it takes more than eight hours to do all the work, shorten the list. Try to do things accordingly throughout the day.

Get organized:

Many of us work in a messy way. It takes more time. Both time and money can be saved by working a little more consciously. Write down their names on the paperwork your subordinates can do to set the table and reduce the workload and send it directly to them. Keep paperwork on your desk that you can do yourself. Don't clutter the table with unnecessary paper. Research has shown that only 20 to 40 percent of the papers that come to your table are necessary papers. 80 percent of the paper is unnecessary. And only 5 to 10 percent of the papers you file will come in handy. So feel free to throw away unnecessary paperwork.

Prevent time wastage:

It's not that we don't have time, in fact we think we are too busy. But a huge chunk of precious time is wasted, that’s right. A lot of time is wasted without our knowledge. It is possible to save this wasted time, but it is possible to add more than one working hour per day.

Uninvited visitors and phone:

About 50 to 60 percent of our day is wasted on chatting with uninvited visitors and on the telephone. As soon as such an uninvited visitor enters your room in the office you leave the chair and stand up. 'How are you?' Instead of asking, just smile and ask, 'What can I do for you?' Place a large clock on the wall in the office room so that you can look at the clock as needed. Then you will see that the conversation is not being prolonged unnecessarily.

If you call someone, don't waste time holding the phone and asking them to find and call him. Rather keep in mind that you will be telephoning again at a certain time. Ask someone to ringback but ask them to ringback at a specific time. If you call someone in the office, do it shortly before lunch or just before the office break so that the conversation on the telephone is not prolonged. Like fools, we spend a lot of time preparing to work. For example, having a cup of tea or coffee before starting work, taking mental preparation or looking at the pages of a newspaper before making a telephone call. Excluding all these preparations, go straight to work and get well. Reward yourself with tea or coffee after work.

With these small steps you can save valuable time. You can get relief from procrastination. We don't really understand how important time is. Not only has modern civilization considered time to be important, but the Holy Qur'an also clearly states in Surah Ar-Rahman, 'Kullo Yaomin Hua Fishan. Rabbi Cuma Tukajjiban in Fabi Aiye Alaye. ' That is, 'In every moment of time, my glory shines in a new form. What gift will you reject? ' In fact, wasting time is tantamount to unknowingly neglecting the Creator's gift and glory.
