Outsourcing is the work that I am doing from outside, which is not basically in-house production. We are talking about Internet base outsourcing. We need to have a basic idea about computers and be an expert in any one field if we want to outsource to anyone.

Of these, oDesk is the most popular because there are jobs available here, many Bangladeshis work here. The job rating at Elance is much higher, but working here requires a little more skill.
