Moreover, depression often comes with symptoms of anxiety. These problems can become chronic and lead to substantial impairments in an individual’s ability to take care of his/her everyday responsibilities. At its worst, depression can lead to suicide. Almost 1 million lives are lost yearly due to suicide, which translates to 3000 suicide deaths every day. Depression is a medical condition. It has nothing to do with bravery and all that, depression is the most lethal disease of the world, but in other countries depression is treated and patients gets all the attention accordingly, but unfortunately in Pakistan we label the patient as Crazy and we depress him more until he end up with suicide.For every person who completes a suicide, 20 or more may attempt to end his or her life (WHO, 2012).

Today in the world we are living in nearly about every person is suffering from the depression.

This depression comes from different sources which are

• Friends

  &

• Relationships

In the family every has its own problems and these problems lead to the depression

Reducing the burden of depression

While the global burden of depression poses a substantial public health challenge, both at the social and as well as economic levels also at the clinical level, there are a number of well-defined and evidence based strategies that can effectively combat this burden. Such as depression being managed in primary care with generic antidepressant drugs and brief. Economic analysis has indicated that treating depression in primary care is feasible, affordable and cost-effective.

The prevention of depression is an area that deserves attention. Examples of strengthening protective factors include school-based programs targeting cognitive, problem-solving and social skills of children

In the depression people take many medicines but the most significant medicine which is take thats is medically called as Alprazolam

This Alprazolam which is available in 0.25, 0.5, 1 or 2 mg of alprazolam.

While the brand names are Xanax, ALP, and Praz

But now condition of the Pakistani is that these brands are at their shortage level because for making the Alprazolam is like a cotta system.

The Govt. of the Pakistan allows to the formulation companies to make at these formula at a limit as per year.

But in the Pakistan this formula become becomes short. The main reason is that these Pakistani people are suffering more from depression. So this formula gets short.
