Things you should do before you sleep.

How are you all my dear read.cash friend in this article of mine I will share to you some steps you should do before you sleep at night that could help on improving your health and good for our body. Also for you to have a better sleep and you wake up in a very good condition. So let's start and hope that you finish reading my article so you will learn from it.

1: Before to sleep in the night it is much better for us to write down the things and important things that we shoud do for tomorrow so that it we will not forget about it and also we remove away the stress. And for the time to wake up you feel very relax and will not forget all those important things that you will do.

2: You should take care of your self try to relax, take a bath and read some books or any articles so that your body will cool down before you sleep.

3: The room and bed which you are sleeping should be comfortable enough for you. Not so hot condition of have a light so that your self is comfortable all the way.

4: It is important that at least before you sleep you should wash your face, it is very important that you should always do that because if not and you sleep your face is oily and when you wake up the next day probably you will get pimples. And do not also forget to brush your teeth as to keep your breath fresh until morning when u wake up.

5: Never sleep in the night when you are still full, that after you just a midnight snack or eat something you should not go to sleep directly. As it is very dangerous that you could get nightmare and unfortunately never wake up. After eating should be wait for 2 to 3 hours before you can go to sleep.

6: Try to drink some lukewarm water if you cannot fell asleep like hot tea, warm milk or camomile tea so it relax your body as you go to sleep.

7: Try to not drink coffee at the night because it will take away your sleep because of its some ingredients. As well avoid drinking alcoholic drinks a lot of people use drink to get a sleep but actually it is not a good idea because you cannot have a proper sleep you wake up each time and also you will get a hang over on the next day you wake up.

8: Try to powered down your self first before you sleep like a cellphone you should power off first, so don't use cellphone a lot before you sleep. Think of somethings first that could relax your mind and body and removes all the negative things that bothered you. If you have a big problem that you are facing, try to speak to your self that I will not think today all of this for now sleep first and tomorrow I will face them all.

9: Count all the blessing that you have recieved from GOD on your day, no matter how small or big it is. And always pray to GOD that we are alive and be able to continue in our life thru his guidance. And as we wake up the next day directly pray to GOD that we have waked up as every wake up is a blessings already in this world.
