There is a lot of different creature in the world that have different unique identity and abilities. Animals that can manage to change their colors to camouflage, and also there is an animals that could still live even with out there head attached. And in this article of mine i will share to you the 10 animals that could incredibly do that.
1. Cockroach
Dirty and creepy that are the first thing that comes to our minds when we talk about the cockroaches, but they have the abilities that could really amaze you. They can survive for about one to two weeks even with out it's head. How could it possibly be? It is because of the passage way of the blood in their body. They will not die because of lack of blood because it is very fast to heal the part of their head that was damage. Another reason is that they are not taking they're breath in their head and also what is really amazing is they breath through the holes in their body that was called spiracle, but because that they do not have their head after a while they will die because of hunger and drought.
2. Frog
One day Jim Flemming and his team go to a one forest in Connecticut to collect some information on a research that they are doing. Then suddenly Jim saw a one frog that is jumping around on their foot and things. It is normal because they are on the forest, but Jim and his team we're all shocked when they look at the frog and to found out that it has no head. At first it is just looks normal, but if you look closely on the head part that supposed to be have eyes, nose and mouth are covered only with his skin. It is a mystery up to know on what happen to the frog, but actually he survived and can still managed to jump around.
3. Salamander
Do you know who Harry Potter is? If you watched or read about it already salamander are of the mysterious beast character here. In the story they are looks like lizard that are living in the fire it originates in the belief on the salamanders that they can make and survived through the fire. But what the real reason why they are mysterious is because when the part of their body was cut, for example legs it still can grow in a small period of time. And there is no trace of anything of what happens to them, same like before seems like nothing happen. They have proteins in there body that is the reason why the part of their body was cut is still growing. We humans have the same protein like that but is very little, and instead it helps to ease our wounds.
4. Tentacles of Octopus
Maybe you are familiar that when the octopus tentacles were cut it still can managed to grows. But did you know also that these tentacles have actually their own life? Even though already 1 hour have passed that his tentacles has been cut, the tentacles could still manage to move and react. For example it will moved if you touched or pour some liquid on it. They actually even try to look for food. It is possible because their nerve cells that supposed to be in their brain are placed in their tentacles. In other countries such as South Korea they are eating fresh tentacles of octopus that has just been cut, it was called Sanachi and if you want to try it yourself just be careful because a lot of people has been choked because it is very clingy to the throat.
5. Flatworms
In 2012 scientist have made a study about Nothingham University it said that they were able to form a colony of flatworms that reached 200,000 and all of them only comes from only 1 flatworms. They did it in total of 4 years like the salamander and octopus it can managed to grows back also the part of it's body that has been cut. But what really is amazing is for example you cut it in the middle the flatworms will become two different flatworms. So if an adult flatworm you will cut into 5 parts so 5 different flatworms will evolve.
6. Sting of Bee
If you are thinking that bees can still live and fly after they died then you are wrong. The bees will remain dead, but they can still manage to bite you. Their delivery system is still functioning that operates the poison on their bodies even they are already dead. This means for example, you have seen a bee that have just died and after you holds it will still react and the sting will sticks to you. Because the sting of the bee are not connected on it's brain that is why it looks like they have their own minds when they are disturbed or have sense danger. So if you are thinking to picked up a dead bee you know already that this is not safe.
7. Flies
Have you tried already to balance your walk while your eyes are closed? So it very hard to move when you did not see anything, but the flies are different especially the lady flies. Even with out heads the lady flies can still do what they are usually doing when normal. Like walking and flying, even the male flies are still courting the lady flies that do not have head. Based on the studies there is no such effect or difference on the life of lady flies even they lost their heads. Such a a fighter.
8. Turtles
Their lives can reach up to 80 years or more, but what will happen if there is no oxygen? In the studies of the experts from the University of Manchester and University of North Texas that when the heart of the turtles can be programmed to survived even when the level of oxygen is very low while they are still developing. That is why the turtles can live until 6 months even the lack of supply of oxygen in their bodies.
9. Chicken
One day in 1945 Lloyd and Clara Olsen was shocked, they shocked after one chicken was bring to life after it's head was cut. It was called miracle Mike and became famous in the town. They are also some shows and tours that they made. But according to the experts it is really possible, especially if the cutting of the head of the chicken has been upward. As long their spinal cord is not affected the chicken can still even with out head and their brains. In this case of miracle Mike he managed to survived for 18 months. He is taking care of very carefully they drink him milk, water and vitamins that they passing through to it's neck using the dropper. Amazing!
10. Snake
On 2018 while Jeremy Socliffe of their backyard on Texas he saw a 4 feet rattle snake, so right away he get a shovel to attack the snake and targeted the head. After that he get a trash bag to use for throwing the snake that he successfully cut the head. But when he came to pick up the snake he was shocked he was bitten by the head of the snake that was already been cut and separated by it's body. The venom that got in his body is very strong and dangerous, that is why he gotten into coma and has given 26 shots of anti venom. Only in that event that experts found out that even though how many hours have passed from the head of the snake from it's body they could still react to the possible threats from them. So you should be always take extra care because snakes are still dangerous even they heads are already cut from it's body.
