Because this: the many stories of hope. We are in ourselves with the beautiful things you can watch, for the input of your mind, the input of your will. For very positive came, ”said Fr. De Jesus in an interview with church-run Radyo Veritas. The priest further explained that temporarily avoiding the use of gadgets or soaking in the internet will help people with depression where many negatives can be read and despair can be seen in what is happening in the country. The priest encourages spiritual exercise, meditation and spiritual reading that can help calm down when experiencing depression and anxiety. "Once they are in the concept of anxiety and depression, they should not watch too much negative. Because everyone is immersed in the internet, on facebook, on tv. So all that you will be more afraid of what is happening, you hear. So, let's avoid so much, too much dream because of what is seen as purely negative. So read, and watch something beautiful. Spiritual exercises, meditations, spiritual reading, ”said the priest. Fr. De Jesus encourages citizens to use social media or the internet in a positive way by talking to professionals such as psychologists or priests and above all praying and asking for help from the Lord. “Find more time to pray to be connected with God. Find your special place in your house where you can sit or kneel down and pray in silence. Raise your hand to the Lord. Be connected with God, because in the end your captain is really ‘the most powerful of all e. It’s about time to recognize, the mighty power of God, ”the priest shared.
