The Los Angeles Lakers are already focused on the semifinals of the NBA Games after dumping the formless Portland Blazers, 135-115 in round 1 of the best-of-seven playoffs series held in the bubble at the Walt Disney facility. The Lakers now hold the 3-1 record and with just one win they will advance to the semis. LeBron James and Anthony Davis showed their strong strength after sweeping and burying the Blazers in more than 30 points from the first quarter to the 4th quarter and never looked back. LeBron and Davis led for the third time for the Lakers, scoring 30 and 18 points, respectively. According to LeBron, they are targeting to finish round 1 of the playoffs so that the group can somehow rest for the preparation for the semifinals. The Lakers are confident that they will win the championship this season and LeBron even encouraged his teammates to improve and play harder. For the Blazers, Carmelo Anthony led with 16 points while CJ McCollum had 18 points. Game 5 will be crucial and the Blazers admit they will insist on winning to extend the series.
In my opinion in this series i think the Blazers can still pull up a win or two because dame time is still not erupting and i'am waiting for Damian Lillard to still provide for his team and i hope it comes and make the series more interesting and exciting.
