How to make Cassava Cake

Hello guys how are you doing right now especially the members here which is my fellow Filipino who are experiencing again another tight Community Quarantine under MECQ. In this article i will share to you on how to cook Cassava Cake this is one of our best sellers in our online shop of my wife and i can say to it that is really really delicious.


*1 kilo of cassava

* 1 cup sugar

*1 cup coconut milk

*1 can condense milk

*1/2 cup evaporated milk

*2 pcs white eggs

*1 tbspn melted butter

For toppings:

*1/2 cup coconut milk

*1/2 cup condense


How to make:

First you start to grated the 1 Kilo cassava, after that you squeeze the cassava until you extract his water after you squeeze it properly you now start to mix the other ingredients, add the sugar and condensed milk, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and the melted butter and then the eggs and mix all the ingredients just continue to mix until all the ingredients will get well combine.

After that prepare your container that where you will put your products for me i use a baking pan and transfer it 1 cup each, bake in the oven for 1 hour in 180 degree temperature.

While you are baking it you now prepare the toppings on our product start to mix the 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup condensed milk then stir it to mix well. After 1 hour check the Cassava cake in the oven then removed it form the oven and put the topping on top of the cake then start to grater a cheese on top of it and bring back again in the oven to bake again for another 20 minutes and that's it after you can now ready to serve your delicious cassava cake.
