The Society has talked about several benefits of yoga. The benefits are:
1. One of the first conditions of yoga is to wake up every morning. Waking up in the morning to drink water. As a result the body stays fresh and the disease is less. They call it Ushapan.
2. There are also special exercises before eating so that the stomach will never have gas problems and the stomach will be clean.
There is yoga or pranayama to keep the lungs and respiratory system clean.
4. There are special exercises to keep the heart healthy and to prevent the spine from bending.
5. Yoga members follow special eating habits. As a result, they do not get any disease or plague easily.
