3dimensional and the 4th dimension

We humans are Made as 3Dimensional objects as everything we see,

now what does the 4thDimensional object really look like ?, but I'm sure that in the 4thDimension the spirits as well as the lord live, but we can't see and interact with them because we were just made as 3D
