Motion Of No Confidence

0 16

Today the members of the motion of no confidence presented 20,731 signatures at the office of the Camp Nou, more than the required 16,520.

What happens next?

Once the signatures are presented at the Camp Nou, a validation process occurs. The club must set up a vote of no confidence group, which will have a period of 10 days to validate the signatures.

If, after this procedure, 16,520+ signatures remain valid, and the vote of no confidence is approved, a referendum will take place (Phase 2).

If in the referendum votes, 66% of the Socis (2/3 of Socis with a minimum of 10% of the club's Socis voting) are against Barto and his board (they vote "YES" to the motion), Bartomeu and the current board of directs will have to leave.

Afterward, elections will occur in either October or November, and, in the meantime, a new board would assume the management of the club.....So the bartomeu saga is coming to an end.....
