Donnie van de Beek has joined Man United from Ajax. United have signed a five-year deal with the Dutch youth. The deal was confirmed earlier. Today is the only official announcement from United. United are thought to have spent 35 million on Van de Beck.

The 23-year-old midfielder was a key member of the Ajax team that reached the Champions League semifinals in the 2018-19 season. He also played against United in the Europa League final in 2016. However, Van de Beck identified himself with the Champions League. He also left Ajax after Frankie de Young, Matthias de Litt.
Van de Beck scored 10 goals and 11 assists in 36 games last season. He has already made his debut for the Netherlands.
