The company is offering a great salary and vacay days? Their office is really well-organized and their clients are renowned?
Well, that might not be enough to attract a skillful Millennial! You may wonder why?
Millennials are a new generation and very soon (if not already) they will make the vast majority of the personnel EVERYWHERE. However, besides good working conditions, they need something more in order to be attracted by the job offer:
They need a cause – ethics is very important to this generation. They will question the company's mission and vision.
Human rights – Millennials want to fight for equal rights for everyone. They will appreciate the company which values gender equality, fights against racism, and offers jobs to people from disadvantaged groups.
Ecology is our future – This generation is well-aware of the need to take care of our planet. If a company is polluting their surroundings or treating the people around poorly, Millennials will not be inspired to profit.
If you are a Millennial (born between 1980-2000), let me know if these are correct! If not, do you agree?
