Nagtiwala at Minahal kita, Pero Binalewala mo ito Month of December , year 2010 noong una kaming nagkakilala, Nakilala ko siya sa isang pasayawan, na kung saan kami ay nag peperform ng sayaw. Isang araw, nung kami ay natapos ng mag sayaw, nagyaya ang aking barkada na bumili at tumambay muna sa isang tindahan. Habang kami ay nakatambay, nakita ko ang isang babeng bumighani ng aking puso at prisensiya, at ito ang babaeng tindera sa tindahan. napakaganda niya at parang manika ang kanyang mukha at napakagandang pagmasdan pag ngumingiti siya. Simula noong nakita ko siya, hindi na siya mawala sa aking isip. at nung gabing iyon, gustong gusto kong makipag kilala pero wala akong lakas ng loob, kaya nagpatulong ako sa aking mga barkada. at tumulong naman sila , pero ang tulong nila ay isa palang advice na hindi ko malilimutan, ang uminom muna ng alak para mag-karoon daw ako ng tapang at lakas ng loob. Kaya nag try naman ako ng isang bote noong gabing iyon. hanggang sa naramdaman ko na nga na tumatalab na ang bisa ng alak na iyon, at dali dali na nga akong nag ayos ng pustura. At ayun na nga , saktong mag isa lang siya na nakaupo sa tindahan, lakas loob akong lumapit at nakipagkilala sa kaniya. ''Hai ate, pwedi po ba makipagkilala?'' ang sabi ko, pero hindi siya umimik, Hanggang sa inulit ko ulit ang sinabi ko, ''ay sorry, hindi ko kasi masyadong narinig kanina ang sinabi mo'' ang sagot niya.''ay ganun po ba? (sabay ngumiti ako)''. at sinagot naman niya ang tanong ko. Simula noon gabing iyon , nalaman ko na ang pangalan niya at masaya ng masaya ako dito. Sumunod na gabi, niyaya ko ang barkada na tumambay sa tindahan na kung saan siya ay natitinda. Muli na naman kaming nagkita, at nag tanong ako sakaniya, '' ah ,hello ate, ako ulit,(sabay ngiti), matagal ka na ba dito ? '' . ''ay hindi kakasimula ko lang noong last week'' ang sagot niya. At nagkwentuhan na kami kung taga san siya at kung paano siya napunta sa tindahan na iyon. Sumunod na araw, muli na naman kaming nagpunta sa tindahan, at nagusap na namn kami. Dito, naglakas ako ng loob na kung pwedi ko ba makuha ang number ng telepono niya, at ibinigay naman niya. Simula noon, araw-araw na kaming nagkakamustahan at nag kwekwentuhan. First week of December, nagpag isip-isip kong simulan na ang panliligaw sakaniya. Nung una, hindi ko alam kung ano ang isasagot niya, kung pwedi ba or hindi pwedi. pero hindi naman ako nabigo sa pagtanong at pagsabi kong iyon, at pumayag naman siya.At nung sinabi niyang pwede, araw-araw akong nag eeffort na pumunta sa kaniya at manligaw sakaniya. Hanggang sa dumating ang buwan ng June. at kailangan ko na mag enroll ng kolehiyo. nagpaalam ako sa kaniya na magaaral na ako sa isang unerbersidad na kung saan malayo sakaniya. pero ang sabi ko ipag-papatuloy ko parin ang panliligaw ko sakaniya, kahit malayo kami sa isa't isa. Simula noon, patuloy parin ang panliligaw ko, kahit na Long Distance. Umabot na ng isang taon, at nagtanong na ako sakniya kung talga bang may pag asa ako sakinya, at ang sabi niya sakin,''OO,hindi ko na po papatagalin, simula po ngayon ay tayo na po''. Lubos akong nasiyahan at natutuwa sa sagot niyang iyon , para bang nanalo ako sa isang loto. at nag simula na nga ang aming relasyon, Long Distance kami kaya kahit mahirap kinakaya naming dalawa. Nagdaan ang dalawang taon, nagtapos na din ako sa aking kinuhang kurso. Dali-dali na akong nag impake ng mga gamit ko at umuwi na sa aming bayan na kung saan naghihintay ang aking nobya. Isa sa mga pinagkaka abalahan ko : Pagtitinda Hello and gudafternoon to all of you RC friends. Ngayon ay ibabahagi ko ang isa sa mga pinagkaka abalahan ko ngayong may pandemya. Dahil sa nawalan ako ng trabaho , nag isip ako at naghanap ng mapag kakaabalahan ko . Imbis na tumunganga lang . At ito ay ang pag titinda ng Barbecue o ihaw ihaw. Kahit kunti lang ang kita dito , atleast meron parin income sa pang araw araw na pamumuhay. And i am proud of it. : Matuto tayong dumiskarte, lalo na sa panahon ngayon. Wag basta basta umasa nalang sa mga ayuda o reliefgoods. Wag mong sayangin ang oras mo , imbis na nakahiga ka o nakaupo kalang , mag sumikap ka . Wag kang aasa sa iba . Kaya ikaw ? But even though i have this thing, I stoll have the hope that everything will be fine. Similar to the sunset. Jealous? Or A right suspicions? Hello dear Rc Friends, Today I would like to ask you a question and find out how I feel. I can not explain now how I feel if this is a jealousy or a right suspicion. Because i have a boyfriend and then he has a brother and he is a married. I noticed he was no longer always by my side after a month. And he always stays with his married brother and when he is here , he always talks about his brother's wife. And i did not ask him about that women . Like today, he said earlier that he was just going to to something and it was just fast. I waited, but a few hours ago and i waited 6hrs with him. He was not like that before. Then when we chatted , he didn't take long to reply. And at night he always doesnt answer my calls and then he always says that he will sleep. But when i look at his post on social media, he say "They are bonding with his older brother's wife". So I thought of writing an articles and asking questions. Whether it is just a JEALOUSY or a REALLY RIGHT SUSPICION. I would like to know what you can say about this. Because as time goes on, I think more and more of bad things. Thats for now rc friends. You can leave your comments and if u have an advice. Goodafternoon again . Keep safe.

How the new policy affected on earnings here in read cash Hello good day friends, I just want to know how your new earnings now that the policy here in read cash is new, and how it affected you ? For me , I was so affected. Because what I thought was my daily income would suddenly fall. If it weren't for the spammers, read cash policy would not have changed. But because it was abuse by spammers. All I say to spammers there. Why can't you think or create your own articles or invite your subscriber that you still have to do something bad just to make money. Be fair. All everyone wants to make money but they do not do it in a bad way. But they persevere to find a t least a few coins and another is not to increase the collection of money or subscribers just to call you good. It looks at your dedication to persevering and creating your own articles. Hopefully this new policy will be a lesson to spammers , Who should not take advantages of others. Bytheway i've got 0.0 points as of today . So so very busy to my other work . I hope that will increase today 😉 but as im busy on my other work . Maybe i cannot assume 😊 That's for now friends. Nag Mahal Ako , pero Ako'y niloko Hello and good day to each and everyone, friends! Today i am here to share some true story , na kung saan ay akala ko siya na ang una at huli kong mamahalin. Uso pa saamin noon ang pasayawan, na kung saan makikidayo sa iba't ibang baranggay para makipag sayaw, kung saan pwedi kang isayaw ng isang lalake , at pwedi din kayo mag sayaw ng iyong mga barkada. ( party -party ba kumbaga.) Tinatawag nila itong christmass ball party. Noon hindi naman talaga ako sumasama sa mga ganung okasyon. Pero isang araw niyaya ako ng pinsan ko, para naman maranasan ko daw kung paano maisayaw ng isang lalake. At di ko naman na natanggihan ang pinsan ko baka sabihan pa akong kj (killjoy). At sumama ako. 》fast forwad ....( na sa pasayawan ) At noong nasa pasayawan na kami at nasaktong love song naman ang piniplay ng dj. Na kung saan pwedi ng isayaw ng mga lalake ang isang babae. May isang lalake ang lumapit saakin at natanong kung pwedi ba daw niya ako isayaw. Hindi na ako nakapag salita sa sobrang hiya na napapatanggi sana. Sinabi ko sa lalake Na hindi ako sumasayaw . At narinig ito ng mga kaibigan ko at mga taong nanunuod sa pasayawan. Sinabi nila saakin na masama daw tanggihan ang lalake, kaya itinulak ako ng mga kaibigan ko sa lalake. Na kung saan sa gitna pa ng pasayawan, hiyang hiya ako noon ng sobra. Di na ako nakatanggi at nakipagsayaw nalang ako sa lalake. At diro habang sumasayaw kami, biglang nagtanong ang lalake saakin kung first time ko daw ba makipag sayaw sa isang lalake tulad niya, at sinabi kong "Oo first time kaya nahihiya ako , pinilit lang kasi ako ng pinsan ko". "Wag kang mahiya masasanay kadin " sagot naman ng lalake sa akin noong gabing iyon. 》fast forward....😉 At nagkita na naman kami ulit ng lalake, sinayaw niya ulit ako at sa bandang iyon ay nagtanong na siya kung pwedi ba daw niya makuha mobile number ko, as a friend lang naman daw. Kaya " ok sige , friend lang naman eh". At di nagtagal nagkikita at palagi kaming nagkakasama sa mga pasayawan na pinupuntahan namin. Isang araw sa last day ng pasayawan, isinayaw niya ako . Habang nagsasayaw kami, napansin ko na para bang may gusto siyang sabihin . Pero inunahan ko na magtanong, "bakit di ka mapakali bes, may sasabihin kaba ?". At ang sabi niya saakin " kung pwedi na daw ba kami to another level of friendship?. Nabigla ako at nasabi kong " ha? Nag jojowk kaba ?? Sabay tawa." At seryoso na sitang nagsalita ng "hindi ako nag jojowk, matagal na kitang gustong tanungin na kung pwedi ba kitang ligawan" sabay sabi ko ( pwedi , kaso dipa ako handa mag ka bf) at sabi niya " handa naman akong maghintay at di naman kita minamadali". Simula noon nagsimula na siyang manligaw. Todo todo ang pag eeffort niya , kaya nagdaan ang isang taon na panliligaw niya saakin, ay sinagot ko na siya at naging kami na. Naging masaya ang pag iibigan namin . Lagi lagi siyang may pa surprise. Dumating na naman ang buwan ng december. Na kung saan meron na namang pasayawan. Isang gabi habang nakaupo kami sa may pasayawan, Sinabi ng karamihan na palitan naman daw ang makikipagsayaw, nagsuggest ang mga karamihan na Ladies Choice. Na kung saan ay ang mga babae ang pipili ng kanilang isasayaw sa mga lalake. At ayun na nga, may lumapit sa boyfriend kong iyon. At sinabi sakin o ipinagpaalam saakin nung babae na kung pwedi daw ba niyang maisayaw ang boyfriend ko. "Ok cge po" ang sabi ko. Pero sinabi ko sa boyfriend ko na sayaw lang wag hahaluhan ng anumang malisya. 》fast forward ulit... Simula nung gabing iyon, ay madalang na kaming mag txt sa isa't isa. Madalang narin siyang pumunta sa bahay , para bang nanlamig agad agad ang boyfriend ko. Hanggamg sa tinanong ko siya kung ano ang problema bakit ganun nalang siya nanlamig saakin. At sinabi niyang "busy lang ako sa work kaya di ko na magawang pumunta o bisitahin ka". At sa sinabi niyang iyon ay inintindi ko. Nagdaan ang mga araw, habang kami ay magkasama ,hiniram ko ang telepono niya at agad naman niya wtong pinahiram. Habang hawak hawak ko ang telepono niya may biglang nagtxt sakanya pero walang pangalan(unknown number.) At ang sabi sa txt "Bhaby asan kana pupunta ba tayo mag sisine ?.") Sa bandang iyon nabitawan ko ang telepono niya at nabigla ako sa mga nabasa ko. Nagtanong ako sa boyfriend ko kung aino yun, sabi nia baka lang daw yung kaibigan niang nang gogoodtime sakaniya. Pero sinabi ko mababaw na dahilan. At dito banda ay nag aaway na kami, umuwi siya ng walang paalam nangiwan sa park. Simula noong araw na iyon ay palagi na kaming nag aaway. Hindi na siya napupunta sa bahay , hindi narin siya nag yayaya lumabas. Hanggang sa palihim akong pumunta o bumisita sa bahay nila. Pero hindi ko lubos inaasahan ang mga sumunod na mangyayari. Sumilip ako sa bahay nila kung saan ay nasa gate palang ako. May nakiakong babaeng lumabas kasama ang boyfriend ko na para bang bihis na bihis sila at parangmay pupuntahan. Tinawagan ko ang boyfriend ko at tinanong ko kung asan siya at sinabi niyang "nandito lang ako sa bahay ng pinsan ko,nakikipaglaro." Pagkalabas nila ng gate na gulat sila at napabitaw ang boyfriend ko sa balikat ng babae. At sinabi nung boy na "Bhe bakit nandito ka ? . Dito , hindi na ako nakapagsalita or kahit umimik ng kaunti sa nakita ko. Dahan dahan nalang akong naglakad papalayo na para bang walang nangyari, kasabay neto ang pagtulo ng luha ko, at napapaisip na bakit saan ba ako nagkulang ? Ginugol ko naman ang lahat ng oras ko at ibinigay ang makakaya ko para mahalin siya . Pero bakit nagmahal parin siya ng iba. Hindi ko naisip na hindi lang pala sa isang pelikuha o teleserye nangyayari ang mga gantong bagay. Dito ay naranasan ko kung paano masaktan umiyak magdamag at sising sisi sa aking sarili. Pero kahit na ganito ang nangyari saakin , pinilit kong mag move on . Kalimutan ang lahat ng nangyari saamin. Masakit man para sakin to pero kelangan kong tanggapin. Dito ko napagtatnto na hindi lahat ng relasyon ay nagiging masaya, Minsan may marupok at Minsan may matibat na relasyon. At lesson learned din sakin na wag ibigay ang lahat ng pagmamahal mo sa isang tao, marunong ka din dapat magtira para sa sarili mo. Dahil kapag dumating ang isang araw na niloko ka nia madali kalang makakalimot dahil alam mong di siya deserve para sa buong buo mong pagmamahal. Hanggang dito nalang po ang aking unang kwento , may karugtong pa ito. Maraming salamat po sa mga nagbasa at patuloy na magbabasa sa aking artikulo. You can like it and give a comment if u want po. Update about my earning ! Yesterday until today morning! Hello, and have a nice day to all my friends ! I just want to share how im lucky that i've reach my goal again ! . I know that its only a bit of points but this is very important to me . From 78points to 200+points at the time of 12pm. Yesterday And since when i reached that points it has not increased. I've waited 12pm to 10pm and i think nothing really happens. So i decide to just go to sleep. And when i woke up today, i was looking at my earning and Rc surprised me again .😉😘😊 And here is what RC gave to me! Im very happy to see this 😊 what a wonderful morning to start and start a new day with full of inspiration to write and published more articles. Special greetings and more thank you to all of my friends who always inspired me and always there to support my articles. Lumpiang Shanghai o Spring Rolls for our afternoon Snack! A pleasant and hot afternoon to all of us friends, This time we will make a lumpiang shanghai or spring roll for our snacks. I will cook this because i am so craving and hungry for this snacks. And so let's get started . What's my ingredients?; Ground pork Egg Carrots Celery Ground pepper Onion Garlic In a container, just mix all the ingredients together. In other way you can saute all the ingredients . But i still prefer this method to avoid too much washing😉😊 After you mix all the ingredients together . Wrap it with the "Lumpia wrapper" And here our finish product 😉😊🤤 You can dip it with a hot chili sauce or a vinegar with a red chili. 😊😉🤤😘 Okay ! Let's eat friends. Have a nice and safe day!

Tinola! Ulam ko! Tara! Kumain tayo! Hello ! A very good day to all of us friends, Ngayon , wala na naman maulam . Kaya nagkatay ako ng manok at pumunta sa bukid kumuha ng aming tanim na papaya. Dahil ako'y magluluto ng Tinolang Manok. Gusto mo yan ?? Gusto ka yan !! 😉 Pero ang tanong ko saan nga ba nagmula ang tinolang manok ? Leave a comment kung alam mo kung saan nagmula ito. Sa ngayon , atin nang lulutuin ang ating tinolang manok. Aking ingredients ( kunti lang ang ingredients ko) at ito ay ang : Manok Papaya Sibuyas Bawang Luya Dahon ng Sili At mga seasoning Pano lutuin ?? Madali lang..... Una mag gisa ng bawang , sibuyas at luya. At hintayin mag golden brown ang sibuyas at bawang. Sunod ay ilagay ang hiniwang manok, Haluin ito at pakuluan ito hanggang maging malambot na ang manok. At pagkatapos, pakuluan ilagay na ang papaya at muling pakuluan ito hanggang sa maging malambot na din ang papaya ( wag naman yung overcooked ). At pag medyo malambot na ang papaya , ilagay na natin ang dahon ng sili. ( para dagdag pampabango). At pakuluan lang ito ng dalawang minuto. At ayun!, ready na ang ating Tinolang manok. Tara na at kumain na po tayo. Sa lahat ng nagbasa at nakita ang artikolo ko ngayong araw , maraming maraming salamat po. Sana'y nasiyahan po kayo . Have a nice day !

A Long but Touching Story of "Andoy" Somewhere in Milaor, Camarenes Sur, Philippines there live a fourth grader boy name Andoy who would follow this route to school everyday. He has to cross the rugged plains and cross the dangerous highway where vehicles are recklessly driving to and from. Once pass this highway, the boy would take a short cut passing by the Church every morning to say Hi to Jesus, and faithfully say this , ''Magandang Umaga Po'' in Bicol dialect. A priest, who was so happy to find innocence so uplifting in the morning, was faithfully watching the boy. ''Kamusta Andoy! Papasok ka na ?'' ''Opo padre''... He would flash his innocent grin, the priest would be touched. The priest was so concerned that one day he talk to Andoy, ''From school....'', he advised '' do not cross the highway, you can pass through the Church and I can accompany you to the other side of the road... that way I can see that you are home safe. ''Thank you father.'' ''Why you don't go home? Why do you stay in this Church right after school ? '' '' I just want to say ''HI'' to my friend, Jesus,'' The priest would leave the boy to spend time beside the altar, talking by himself, but the priest hid behind the altar to listen what this boy has to say to his heavenly FATHER. ''You know my math exam was pretty bad today, but i did not cheat- although my seatmate is bullying me for notes... I ate one crackerand drank my water,Itay had a bad season and all I can eat is this cracker. Thank you for this! I saw a poor kitten that was hungry and I know how he feels, so i gave my last cracker to him... funny but I am not that hungry. Look, this is my last pair of slippers ... I may have to walk barefooted next week... you see this is about to be broken. But it's okayat least I am still going to school... some says we will have a hard season this year and some of my classmates have already stopp going to school. Please help them get back to school again, please Jesus? .... Oh, you know, Inay had hit me again, it's painful, but i know this pain will pass away, at least I still have a mother... Jesus, you want to see my bruises? I know you can heal theam ...here... here... and.... oh .... blood.... I guess you knew about this one huh? Please don't be mad at Inay. She is just tired and she worries for the food in our table and schooling that is why she hits us.... Oh, I think I am in love.... there's this pretty girl in my class, her name is angela.... do you think she will like me ? Anyway, atleast I know you will always like me, I don't have to be anybody just to please you, you are my very best friend! Hey, your birthday is four months from now! Aren't you excited ? I am! Wait till you see my gift for you.... But is a surprise! I hope you will like it! Oops, i have to go to.... ''then he stood up and calls out, ''Padre , padre, I am finished talking to my friend. You can accompany me to the other side of the road now'' Everyday this routine happens without fail for Andoy. Father Agaton shares this every Sunday to the people in this church because he has not seen a very pure faith and trust in Jesus, a very positive look and negative situations. One Christmas dat, Father Agaton was sick so he could not make it to Church, he was sent to the hospital. The Church was left to 4 manangs who would chant the rosary in 1000 miles per hour would not smile and always find fault in what you do. They are also very well versed in cursing if you irritate them! They were kneeling, saying their kilometric rosary when Andoy, coming from his Christmas part, playfull dashed in, " Hello Jesus! I "P----! (a curse) bata ka! Alam mo ng may nagdadasal dito! Alis!" Poor Andoy was so terrified, "Where's Father Agaton? He is supposed to help me cross the street.... And to be able to across street I will have to pass by the church... not only that, I have to greet Jesus. Today His birthday and I have a gift right here..... Just as he was about to get the gift out of his shirt, one manang pulled his shirt and threw him out of the church. "Susmaryosep! ( does a sign of the cross fervently) Alis kang bata ka, kung hindi matatamaan ka ! So the boy had no choice but to cross the dangerous side of the road in front of the church. He crossed. There was a blind curve. A fast moving bus came in .... The boy was protecting his gift inside his shirt, so he was not looking . There was so little time. The bus hit Andoy ans he died on the spot. A lot of people crowded the lifeless body of the toung boy. Then suddenly, out of nowhere a tall man wearing a white shirt and pants, a face so mild and gentle, but with eyes full of tears. He came and lifted the boy in his arms and he was crying.... The curious bystanders nudged the man in white, and asked, " Excuse me sir, are you related to this child ? Do you know this child? " The man, his face mourning and in agony answered, " He was my best friend." He took the badly wrapped gift in the bloody chest of Andoy and placed it near hist heart. He stood up and carried the boy away and they both disappeared in sight. The crowd was bewildered. The next day, Father Agaton learned of the shocking news. He immediately visited Andoy's house and wanted to learn more about the man in white . He asked Andoy's parents. "Do you know the man who took Andoy?" " A man in white brought him here." sobbed the mother. "What did he say?" The father answered, "He did not say anything. He was mourning. We do not know him and yet he was very lonely at our son's death as if he knew our son very well. There was somethinf peaceful and unexplainable about him. He brought my son home and then he smiled gently. He rubbed Andoy's hair away from his face and kissed him on his forehead. Then he whispered something to Andoy." "What did he sat?", asked the priest. The father began, " He said to my son... "Thank you for the gift.... I will see tou soon.... you will be with me forever..." Andoy's father continued, "You know for a while, I felt so wonderful. I cried, but I don't know why. All I know is that I cried tears of joy. I could not explain it father. When the man left, somethinf peaceful came over me. I Felt a deep sense of love insed. I coud not explain the joy in my heart. I knew my boy is in heaven now..... but... tell me father, who is the man that my son talks to everyday in your church. You ahould know because you are always there.... eccept on the time of his death." Father Agaton suddenly felt the tears welling in his eyes, with trembling knees, he murmured, " He was talking to no one, ..... but... JESUS." . . . . . . . . What is your Memorable moment about what dish you can cook if you are on the farm ? Good Day ! Friends! Today is a new day for us. Let's start our day with full of color and full of hope.! Now we are here in our little farm, to look at our rice crop and it's a good news they grows well. I have a question friends, If you are in your farm, What dish do you want to prepare to cook? Can you express it to us? For me , Today the best dishes that i want to cook if i am in our farm is a northern ilocos filipino dish called ''dipped papaya with anchovies, partner with a roasted fish' in tagalog ' sinabawang papaya na may bagoong at may kasamang inihaw na isda' or in ilokano is '' Dineng - deng nga papaya nga adda intuno na nga sida ''. i choose to cook this dish because, I remember the time when i was a child, we are on the farm everyday with my grandparents. We enjoy harvesting a variety of vegetables. this is very delicious even if you eat everyday. On the farm you are free to live, As i expreienced when i was a child. In this dish I remember the good and happy memories . But since my grandparents died i have never been to our farm, just because i don't want to replace the good and happy memories have been formed here with sad memories. But now I am ready to form a new happy memory that i can tell to my children some day and i will never forget until my last breath. And that's the meaning why i chose to cook this dish. Sardinas ! Ulam ko! Hello and gudevening to all of you guys ! 😉 Nais ko sanang ibahagi sainyo ang aking nilutong ulam ngayong gabi. Alam kong ang karamihan satin ay nakatikim at nakaulam na neto. Eto ang Ginisang sardinas na may upo. Napakasarap diba 😉😍 Sabi ng iba . Pangmahirap lang daw ang pagkain o ulam na ito. Pero wag manghusga. Kasi ang sardinas madami na etong natutulungan na tao. Kagaya ngayon may kinakaharap tayong malaking sakuna. Walang trabaho walang pera walang makain ang mga ibang tao. Pero nagpapasalamat parin ako kasi kahit papano mayroon parin tayong makakain at mauulam neto kahit sardinas lang and sabi ng ibang tao. Pag sardinas walang pinipiling tao. Mahirap man o mayaman. Malansa nga pero pag niluto mo mapapa wow ka sa sarap ! Kaya diko na patatagalin pa ! Tara !! Kain na po tayo mga kaibigan . 😉😍 Salamat sa pag basa ng aking munting artikolo . Classic Filipino Dish Hello ! and Goodafternoon to each and everyone ! Today I cooked one of my favorite Dishes. It is popular in various provinces of the philippines. and this is what they called ***PINAKBET***. What is *PINAKBET ?* ***Pinakbet is an indigenious Filipino dish from the northern regions of the philipines. Pinakbet is made from mixed vegetables steamed in fish or shrimp sauce. The word is the contracted form of the Ilokano word Pinakebbet, meaning 'shrunk ' or 'shriveled'.*** There is a lot of diffirent variety version of cooking pinakbet. But i prefer to cook the originated ilocos version. Now, I will tell you what it's ingredients and how we cook this dish. Ingredients : 2 cup leftover lechon kawali ( preferably bagnet ) or boiled pork belly 5 pieces eggplant 3 pieces bitter melon ( ampalaya ), pith removed, sliced into inch pieces 12 pieces okra 1/2 kabocha squash ( kalabasa ), peeled and cube 1 thumbsize ginger, sliced into strips 1 large onion, diced 3 medium tomatoes, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup anchovy ( fish sauce/ bagoong ), mixed with 1/2 cup water then strained before adding **And here's the Instruction how to cook it.:** ● *Layer the vegetables starting with what goes on the bottom: squash, bitter melon, okra, eggplant, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and onions.* ● *Add the bagnet or pork belly (lechon kawali ) and Anchovy mixture. Cover and bring to a boil and simmer.* ● *Simmer until almost all liquid has been reduced and become thick.* And that's an easy way to cook a pinakbet dish. After cooking our pinakbet dish, i also cooked fried fish for a delicious and better combination.😉🤩 And that's all for now !...😉 Let's Go !! 🤩 Let's eat !!!...😍😊 Thanks for reading my articles.😘😘 Again, Goodafternoon to all of us.
