Do you believe in Superstitions ? *Most of us have our own superstitions. But based on my research , the one with the most superstitions is the Philippines. Most filipinos have their different superstitions, and today will be giving some examples of it.* ● If you are from (Funeral wake)or in tagalog called '***Lamay***',you cannot go straight home immediately. So first you have to shake or hang out somewhere else. This is to shake off any '**bad**' things that are included in the (funeral wake) or 'Lamay'. ● You shoud not sweep every night because luck will come out. ● If you encounter a black cat on the road, do not go where you want to go. This is said to be a bad omen that could possibly happen to you. ● Do not take a bath after ironing because it will definitely cost you 'Folk illness'. ● You need to restrain the dog if it is howling or digging. Otherwise someone will die. ● It is said that three people are not allowed to take pictures because those in the middle will die. ● A pregnant woman who loves to eat twin banana will give birth to a twin baby. ● And Anyone with a big ears will have a long life. Those i mentioned are base on what i research and knowing about out superstitions. But in my opinion, it depends on whether you believe it or not. Saglit kong nakasama ang aking Ama. Noong akoy musmos palamang . Ang mama ko at ang papa ko ay nagtratrabaho sa ibang bansa. 2-4 years ang hihintayin namin bago sila makita o bago sila umuwi. Nang dahil sa gusto nila kami na lumaki ng maayos at upang makapag aral ng mabuti. Sila ay nagsisikap upang matustusan ang pangangailangan namin. Isang araw, tumawag si mama at sinabi niang nadulas sa C.R si papa. At nagdaan pa ang mga araw sinabi ni mama na hindi maganda ang lagay ni papa kasi na paralize na siya. Kaya agad nilang inuwi dito sa pilipinas. At nung dumating na ang papa ko, niyakap ko ito at sabay sabing " apay inya nangyari kanyam ngay papa ( anong nangyari sayo papa) " . At sinabi niya wala nadulas lang ako tapos naging ganito naman na ako . Sagot ng papa ko. Nagdaan ang mga araw na hirap na siyang maglakad, gumigising kami mga 4 am para mag mag ehersisyo para gumanda or mapabilis ang paggaling nia. Nag daan pa ang mga araw . Habang kami ay na nananghalian. Tumabi ako sakania at sabay sabi niya " Sino ka?" , bigla akong nagulat at sabay sabing ' huh ?? Ano po sinasabi mo papa ako po eto anak mo '. Sabay sabi nia " wala akong anak, maliit pa anak ko". Kasi ang inaakala niyang anak ay isang musmos na iniwanan niya noong siya ay pumunta sa ibang bansa. Kaya bigla akong nagulat, bigla akong napaluha at tumayo , lumayo muna sakaniya . Nung araw na yon, nag simula nang hindi makakilala si papa sakin, un pala lumalala na ang sakit niya. Hindi ko maisip na nasabi ng papa ko ang mga katagang iyon. First time na first time kong narinig yun sakaniya. Lalo akong umiyak ng umiyak sa sulok. Pero kahit na ganon ang sinabi niya ay hindi ako nagtanim ng anomang galit, kasi naiintindihan ko ang kalagayan niya. Nagdaan pa ang mga araw na hindi na siya makatayo at dina makalakad. Nagiging agrisibo na ang mga kinikilos niya . At sa twing pinapakain siya at parang hirap na siya. At Dumating na nga ang kinatatakutan ko, madaling araw na at narinig naming sumisigaw siya na hindi maintindihan at yun pala hindi na siya makahinga. Dalidali namin siyang itinakbo sa hospital. Habang kami ay nasa byahe palang ay napansin nang ate ko na naninigas na ang kalahati nitong katawan. At dun na kami napaluha, habang sinasabing 'PAPA LUMABAN KA.😭 At nung nakadating na kami sa hospital dun na siya binawian ng buhay. Kaya hindi ko matanggap na hanggang dun nalang pala ang aming huling pagsasama ng aking ama. Ni hindi ko nasulit ang magkaroon ng ama.kaya ganun nalang ang inggit ko sa twing nakakakita ako ng mga batang masayang kasama ang kanilang ama. Ni hindi ko manlang siya nakausap ng maayos makasama makabonding o kakwentuhan . At masabing mahal na mahal ko siya. Kaya sa mga may ama pa, ang swerte niyo kasi hindi matutumbasan ng kahit anong bagay ang pagkakaroon ng ama. Kaya hanggat maaari mahalin at sulitin,pagkaingatan natin sila. Kung wala sila wala tayo sa mundong ito. Sana'y nagustuhan niyo ang aking artikulo tungkol sakin. Maraming salamat sa oras miyo para mabasa ang artikolo kong ito.

I'm Strong But I'm Tired **Strength** is believing in love when you've only known heartbreak. It's drying your own tears that no one knew you cried. Strength is overcoming your own demons or vices. And looking at some who completely broke you and you forgive them. Strength is helping others even when it's you that hasn't quite figured it out yet. It's trusting everyone though you have every reason not to. Strength is biting your tongue when someone is unkind and realizing it's a reflection of them and not you. It's holding on and believing in something you know you deserve but haven't gotten yet. Strengrh is when everyone doubts you but you believe in yourself anyway. But the truth is I'm strong but I'm tired. I'm **Tired** of being hurt every time i get my hopes up. I'm tired of anticipating the worst and watching it play out. I'm tired of being let down. And i always blaming my selt for things. I'm tired of people telling me i need to change. Then everytime i try to I lose myself in an attempt to make them happy. I'm tired of constantly being challanged and always having to be the bigger person. I'm tired of thinking too much about people who care too little. I'm tired of overthingking. I'm tired of trying so hard to please others when i don't ask for much in return. I'm tired of staying up at night as thoughts consume me and I can't sleep. I'm tired of carrying this weight on my shoulders from my past that haunts me. I'm tired of being strong for everyone. I'm tired of always figuring out that solutions when it isn't even my problem, to begin with. I'm tired of the explanations that came too late. And people walking away with no reason when i'm the one holding the door saying, 'I'll miss you'. The truth is caring as much as this hurts. It's knowing pain at levels other never will. It's knowing sadness and darkness the way others don't. It's experiencing heartbreak that hurts more than any physical amount of pain. And the truth is if you ask any person who is like this, what they would choose, they wouldn't change anything about themeselves even if they are tired. But on the other end of such intense emotions is knowing a love so deep, it fills you despite their absence. Despite a sadness you can't shake, on most days, you'll experience the happiness that makes it worth it. Despite the pain of endings, you'll look forward to new beginnings. Because you know when you get it right it's worth it. *The truth is though regardless of how tired or hurts or disappointed these people feel, the fact they haven't changed is why they are different. Pain changes most people but for some they see pain simply as the other end of the same spectrum that love is on, so they stay the patch and keep their heads high.* Thanks for the time to read my articles. Pinoy recipe I Cooked *Ginisang* *Munggo* For our lunched. ***Ginisang Munggo*** is a Filipino savory mung bean soup. It is made with mung beans, garlic, tomatoes, onions, patis ( fish sauce ) and various vegetables. It is cooked with pork or other meat and seafoods like ***tinapa*** (smoked fish), ***daing*** (dried fish). It is also commonly garnish or topping with chicharon. This is one of my favorate filipino savory. I love the way i cooked it. I know that other country don't know and not familiar with this savory soup. But once you taste it you will amaze what it is. Beautiful Sunset There a sunrise and sunset every single day. And they absolutely beautiful to see. So don't miss to see how beautiful they are. I took a picture with the sunset while on my way home. These is the first time i see a sunset as early in 5:40pm. As the sun descends below the horizon, creating romantic shades of red and orange across the sky. Sunset are literal end to a day, they've become symbols of peace, harmony and the promise of renewal. Sunset are great reminder to rest and reset our hearts and minds ath the end of each and every day. Thank you for your time to read my articles.

I Take a Picture of The Sunrise Hello to each and every one! I Just want to present how i feel and how i really love to take a picture of the sunrise. This morning i wake up at 5am, and when i go outside, I see how the sun rise. I take this pictures at 5:30 am. In this picture, it's very ruff. But in Person it's so very beautiful to see. I Love to take a picture , But my camera can/t. Because it's only a low end phone. But i love to take a picture by the way. It makes me mesmerizing. I Love the colore blending. This is the second time i actualy see the sunrise. I hope every one Love it. Thank you.

What is coffee? And what coffee means to me. **Coffee** is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain Coffea species. When coffee berries turn from green to bright red in color – indicating ripeness – they are picked, processed, and dried. Dried coffee seeds are roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor. Coffee to me is ; It taste like a life.. At first sip.. it's bitter.. As soon as you get addicted to it.. It gets finished, And all you left with is.. An empty cup like a sovlless body. So i enjoy drinking coffee all day :) Don't judge me if im addicted to coffee, I just want to share what coffee means to me. I am new on here @ **Read.cash** I hope everyone accept me as a friend . And I really love to have more friends. and do my best to be a good writer soon.
